Nice workout mccrew! I just finished up a log with iron champ TNT, check it out bro.

Thoughts: SO my weight is holding at 207 but my body fat continues to drop so that means that I have hit that magical land of gaining muscle while loosing fat. My recovery has increased substantially ( i probably could have hit chest again today If I wanted to) there are zero side effects to speak of my energy is great my strength is holding even though I am cutting my libido is solid no hair shedding. Let the good times rol

Seated Shrugs SS with DB overhead press

20 min of Triceps supper sets probably did around 200 reps

Yeah it is a bit crazy, it's because she doesn't go herself so don't think she understands my dedication to it. She does want to go but at the moment she can't drive so it's hard for her to get there... When she starts she will probably get it. :)
