Getting Pumped with Vasoblitz

I want to first thank the guys over at Build Fast Formula for giving me the opportunity to try out their product Vasoblitz.

I usually work out gated in the mornings so the pumps are really not that noticeable like if I eat carbs preworkout. I figured this product could shine due to this and I have to say, it did not disappoint.

Taste:
Rainbow Candy - the taste is subtle and not too overpowering. It is very refreshing and not overbearingly sweet. It reminds me of smartees mixed with skittles.

Mixability:
No problems with mixablility. Slight foaming on the top and no granules with drinking 2 scoops with 16oz of water.

Ingredients:
6g L-Citrulline
2g arginine Nitrate
2.5g betaine
2g Calcium Lactate
Vitamin C

Solid transparent profile for performance and pump. Everything is well dosed.

Cost:
At around $34 USD per bottle with 30 servings it’ll be around a dollar a scoop. Very competitive for today’s market.

Day 2-3

Workout

Legs- this is a higher volume workout that I am using from Kai. After the first set of squats the pump was unreal, almost painful. Being on a low carb
Squat - 15,15(135),12(185),10,10(225)

Superset
Seated hamstring curl 3x10(80lb)
Seated calf raise 15(45lb), 15(90lb), failure(100lb)

Superset2
Romanian deadlift 3x15 (135lb)
Seated leg extension 3x10-(45,90,135)
Standing calf raise 3x15 (50lb dumbbell)

Superset3
Front squat 3x15 (135lb)
Cable pull through 3x10 (85lb)


30min stairs post workout



Needless to say I was toast by the end of this. I could barely do the stairs. The pump was wicked
