Got home too late last night to talk about yesterdays workout. I did Back and Biceps yesterday and did cardio today. I could seriously train back everyday, especially on Volatile. The back pumps I get are very nice. I was pretty excited to when I got a little sample pack in the mail which had two servings of Volatile in it, so an extra 2! I did all the same weights that I did earlier this week. I think its pretty cool to be able to hit the same muscle group hard twice in a week and not have any problems. Volatile is definitely helping me recover faster and push through my training sessions.
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12(225lbs), 10(275lbs), 8(315lbs) Wide grip Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 12(160lbs),10(170lbs), 8(170lbs)
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 12(135lbs), 10(145lbs), 8(155lbs)
Straight arm pulldowns: 3 sets of 12(70lbs), 10(80lbs), 8(90lbs)
Preacher curls: 3 sets of 12(70lbs),10(80lbs), 8(90lbs)
Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 12(35lbs), 10(40lbs), 8(45lbs)
Reverse curls: 3 sets of 12(60lbs), 10(65lbs), 8(70lbs)
Went to the track for cardio today. Ran 10 100 yard sprints with a 1:30 break in between. Not bad for having not done sprints lately, but hoping to get that time down to just a minutes rest.

I hate sprints!! They always make me dry heave by the time I'm done

Hit chest and triceps yesterday and have these next 2 weeks off of school so did an hour of cardio after too. I didn't try and go for my max in benching this week, but felt really good throughout all my sets. Since I have school off I was a little worried about my sleep schedule, but have had no problems with taking Volatile and sleeping. I gave one of my samples of Volatile to a friend at the gym today and I honestly thought he was going to start ripping the walls down. He hasn't used a pre workout in a while and apparently responds very well to them....I worked out for a total of two hours (1 hour lifitng, took my BCAA and did an hour of cardio) and he was still lifting when I was leaving haha.

Flat Bench Press: 3 sets of 12(185lb), 10(195lb), 8(225lb) 6 (235) I did an extra set of 6 today. Weight stayed the same from last week, but I felt good enough to do another 6 reps at 235lbs.
Incline Hammer Strength Press (all the benches were taken and no one was doing a thing, hate this gym): 3 sets of 12(180), 10(200), 8(220) Same
Cable Flies: 3 sets of 12(50), 10(55), 8(60)
Weighted dips: 3 sets of 12(70), 10(75), 8(80) Did these 1st rather than after skull crushers and push downs, to see if my weight went up. Went up 20 lbs for each set. Felt really good. Triceps were pumping very well.
Incline Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12(60), 10(70), 8(80)
Rope push downs: 3 sets of 12(60), 10(70), 8(80)

Its good to rotate the order of your lifts for each body part once in a while for exactly that reason! Good job dude

Had a great workout yesterday. I did shoulders and legs and I felt really strong and my endurance was through the roof. I did my normal shoulder and leg routine then did 30 minutes of steady state cardio after. My legs felt really strong and the pumps were great.
Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(65lbs), 10(70lbs), 8(75lbs)
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(115), 10(125), 8(135)
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(50), 10(55), 8(60)
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(40), 8(45)
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (270), 10(270), 8(290)
Shoulders felt great. They have been getting stronger over the last few weeks.

Squats: 3 sets of 12(245), 10(295), 8(325)
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(140), 10(150), 8(160)
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(150), 10(160), 8(170)
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(135), 10(145), 8(155)
Legs felt really good, and I was able to increase my weight on my squats by 10lbs. Did cardio after and felt like I could keep going for at least another 30 minutes,

So sad that I only have maybe 2-3 more servings left. This has been a great month while using volatile. I did Chest and triceps today and was able to hit 300lbs again but nothing more. I hope to get up to 3 plates soon, but very happy with the success I had while on Volatile. I will be posting my next couple workouts, and then I will post a nice review on what I thought about Volatile.

You will hit that PR in no time man. I have hit a handful in the last week, even one day hungover lol.

Between the energy/focus from Volatile and the feeling of never being sore from Endurance and Versa-1 along with ABE everything has just felt too easy lol.

Pretty sure I could alternating curl at least 90lb dumbbell right now. I did 80x4, so I should be able to 1mr higher

What's your next stack looking like?

I am going to be doing a log for some Biocor products. Creatine, Divamax, Agmantine and Citrulline Malate. Should be interesting to see. Wish I had another bottle of Volatile on me though haha. I am going to try and pick up another bottle, love this stuff.

Just got done with my leg and shoulder workout. My legs were nice and full today. I slept on my shoulder weird, so wasn't sure how I was going to do working them out today, but had a good session. It looks like I have enough Volatile to last me one more workout, so my final review will be coming up tomorrow night or Tuesday. I have been really impressed with Volatile. I have seen my best strength gains with legs and shoulder. I have been lifting for 8 years and I think I hit a little bit of a flat period prior to taking Volatile. Volatile really got me pumped to push it harder and see a few PRs in just 1 months use.

Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 12(65lbs), 10(70lbs), 8(75lbs)
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 12(115), 10(125), 8(135)
Lateral Cable raises: 3 sets of 12(50), 10(55), 8(60)
Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets of 12(35),10(45), 8(45) Went up 5lbs on my second set from earlier this week.
Shrugs: 3 sets of 12 (270), 10(270), 8(290)

Squats: 3 sets of 12(245), 10(295), 8(325) Same as earlier this week, but still the most I have ever done with this amount of reps.
Leg Curls: 3 sets of 12(140), 10(150), 8(160)
Leg Extension: 3 sets of 12(150), 10(160), 8(170)
Sitting Calf Raise: 3 sets of 12(135), 10(145), 8(155)
No cardio today. Last workout tomorrow with Volatile and it is my favorite (back and biceps) so looking forward to it.

those plateaus happen dude, just have to push through! You're a strong guy and the numbers keep going up as long as you keep putting in the work!
