Getting lean with R-ANDRO SHRED!!!(sponsored)

How's your diet looking as well when using R-Andro? I forgot to ask that earlier.
 
I have been trying to keep my carbs low, like under 100g a day. I was on a keto diet just before the log but I was having trouble sticking to it.. so now I just keep my protein at around 200-250g a day from chicken, lean beef,and turkey also protein shakes..
 
I did about 5 miles of walking today and about the same yesterday.. I am trying to convince my wife to let me go to the lockout supplements gym as we are only an hour away from there.. but if that doesn't work I will go to the gym her sister goes to.. and "train" her sister while I work out..lol
My wife doesn't want me to go to the gym while we are visiting her family...
 
Tough times with no gym for that long. How long are you out there?

No gym, no problem... you can get a KILLER workout in with nothing but body weight. Just google calisthenic workouts, you will have more then enough to get the blood pumping.
 
So yesterday was my first day in the gym in about 1.5weeks.. and it felt really good. I did back and triceps.
I did do body weight workouts while I was in Texas, I just did push ups and bodyweight Squats every morning.. it's so damn hot there it felt like i was doing cardio just walking to the car..
Anyways..
My workout yesterday went like this.
-Lat pull down
4 sets of 15 @150 lbs
-V bar pull down
4 sets of 12 @ 120
-bentover barbell row
5 sets of 15 @ 135
-straight arm pull down
7sets of 12 @ 45lbs
-cable press down
4 x 15 @60
-skull crushers
5x 12 @65
-Weighted dip machine
7 x 12@ 180
 
I kept my diet as clean as possible while I was out there but I did have a few cheat meals.. like beer and ice cream but I didn't over do it.
I am about to hit the gym now and do shoulder and bi, I will post my workout when I get home

Well I don't know if it really did all that good of a job keeping the fat off.. I tried keeping my diet clean since I wasn't working out but I still feel a little bloated. I have done cardio the past few days and will keep doing it for the next month or so just to work off the food is ate on the road.
I will post a picture tonight after the gym.

I did take a picture like I said I was going to but I seemed really bloated even after my workout so what I did was I took a picture last night and I took a picture this morning because this morning I felt much leaner.

So it's been three days..
I only have 8 tabs of R-andro left so that means my cycle is coming to an end...sadly.
I will post my workout here in a few minutes but I wanna thank LeanEngineer and the people over at strong supplement shop for giving me this awesome opportunity and of course the R-andro!

So a my final review..
I have to say I liked the R-andro and I am thankful to have had this opportunity to log this!
Some stats:
Weight 240lbs
Still unsure of my bf%
My strength and endurance is up for sure..
Overall I would have to say the cycle was a solid 7/10.. I wish it dosed a little higher.

If I was to run this again I would stack it with something.

Side effects:
Very little, I did have a small drop in libido and some acne but that was all.

I gained about 10lbs.. I do feel a little bloated but I have been eating carbs the last few days..
I wanna remind everyone that I was taking 4 tabs a day..
