Woke up this morning and started getting ready for the gym, mixed 1 scoop of high volume and one scoop of arnold pump and some L-tyrosine, had my Test-XT and off I went. Training shoulders today with my new routine.
DBShoulder press 5x5
BB ohp double overs - 3 x 8
Side raises ss Rear delt fies 3 x 16-18 reps
BB shrugs drop set x 2
Farmers walks x 3
Not to bad a session but it did seem as though something was missing, didn't quiet get 100% into it. Enjoying the pump benifits I seem to be getting from Test-XT
Legs are a little sore from yesterday but should be good for some sqyats tomorrow.
