Getting drug tested/ using prohormones

So I am planning on doing my first Mens physique competition in a few months. The show I picked out (ocb) has a list of banned substances. I have only ever done one cycle of prohormones and I used supermandro/andro the giant (1ad/4ad). The banned substances include 1-Androstendiol
1-Androstendione and 4-Hydroxytestosterone. I am not sure if those prohormones I used have those ingredients? Am I ok to do the show still?
 
as long as you have a few months off of them prior to the show, you should be fine
 
Super Mandro and Mandro the Giant are 1-Androstenedione and 4-Androstenedione, respectively. They are not 1-AD and 4-AD, as these compounds were banned over 10 years ago. If you're going to be doing competitions, you should really do some more research so that you know exactly what you're putting in your body at all times.

Doesn't matter. If the drugs didn't leave his system completely he will test positive because they convert.
