Thoughts​


Damn I woke up and I was a lb heavier then Friday and friday I only ate 2600 cals and no carbs. Im guessing my metabolism was slowing down due to deficit so Today I really pounded some carbs down and increased cals by ~500 to hopefully speed things back up and give me enough energy to push hard this last week. I counted the pills and i have enough to run straight through the week instead of taking a day off and ending on a monday so Im going to dose tomorrow and go hard this final week. Time is going by so fast , I cant wait to run this for 6+ weeks

Last two days ive been extremely lethargic and its been painful. Cant stand it so im going back to normal diet tomorrow and hitting the gym hard hopefully increased cals will give me energy. Its wierd tho even though im feeling extremely lethargic my libido is still crazy high. Pink magic is good

Its amazing that I was able to hit 4 , yes 4 PRS While below Maintenance calories! Sorry I didnt update on Wednesday Ive been at the hospital with my sister who's sick and arent sure whats wrong with her. I didnt go to the gym on thursday because I was there all day. going to try and hit the gym tonight possibly and willl update either way.

yesterday I pulled a muscle in my pec somehow doing clean and presses and i thought i wouldnt be able to hit back today but I had the best workout of the whole log today. full update after i eat

Thoughts​


So today was my last day of pink magic and Im pretty sad about that but impressed at the impact on my physique judging by the mirror and not really the scale. Im ~6lbs lighter than before i started but I look bigger.

Workout yesterday was **** and the muscle from pec to front delt hurts , and deadlifting was a bitch but I still hit a PR and im stoked.

I will post a full review tomorrow.
