Getting cut for summer....

I'm want to look the best I ever have this summer. I want to know how others cut down...what do you do and take?

You're giving yourself at least 5 months? You shouldn't need anything but a strict diet and lose .5-1 pound a week. Epi and Clen stack if you really wanted to run something

Well planned nutrition for the months ahead

Perhaps 4 different training phases to switch every 4 weeks

Motivation for cardio and high intensity in the gym

Thermogenic aids half-way through the cut --eca,yohimbine, topicals, high dose l-carnitine + low insulin -clen

Hormones if you want to gain or keep muscle --long cut = safe hormones you can run for long time period. AndroLean + AndroHard is perfect.

Take pictures to track progress every 2 weeks.

I lost about 80lbs last year. For atleast 9 months I've been at a good weight...I just need help tightening up all around. My stomach still has saggy skin. I'm 6'3 195lb

hmm.. what bf %?

also that "saggy skin" is not fat, its not going to tighten up or go away, that will take a great amount of time/ surgery

I have never got my body fat taken, although I looked at a few ways to do it comparing measurements of your waist and hips and other body parts and they all say 12-14.

I know it takes time to go back, I just didn't know it would take so long. I hope I don't have to resort to surgery I'm only 24, I thought my skin would still bounce back.

How is it that bodybuilders gain tons of weight in off season and then have shredded stomachs for shows? (not comparing myself to them)

Well some body builders do have saggy skin, seen in older adults, but mostly those (early 20s) who gained A LOT during the off season or started with a lot of fat. My buddy had this issue bad (Idk how extreme your case is), but it has tightened up a lot over the years. He was using a cream women use post pregnancy for said reason and he saw results in 1/2 year. You still have a chance, but it will take time.

dude if your only 12-14% your abs should be partly visible, should only need 2-3 months for a nice cut , id def bulk up a little more, keep it nice and clean though so you dont raise your bf%, then cut around may....unless your doing something MDW

Don't feel bad.
I lost 120 pounds and have that lose skin issue as well. Downside is I'm 32 so things bounce back slower.
Might give some prego cream a shot though. Couldn't hurt.

not getting off topic but let me know how that cream works :o

Was 290. Just fat. Something like 37% + bf.
At 170 now. 13% bf.
Best part is it helped me figure out what I want to do for the rest of my life.
Win win I guess.

That's a long time to start cutting bro. If your starting so soon def. don't do anything to drastic. Cut the carbs back and increase the cardio. Def. take your time considering you have so much of it.

What do you want to do the rest of your life?

I want to start cutting early because I want to do all I can do to get rid of my stomach.
