Getting crazy with uncut

Sorry been MIA , found out my sore hamstring is a pulled hamstring :T Even did legs yesterday and now that sore moved up to my glute lol Today shopping at target I bought Icy Hot, KT wrap, Ace bandages and a cold pack. I guess this is what being old feels like? :T RICE'n it up for the rest of hte night.
 
that sucks bro, I HATE getting injured. makes me so angry when it interferes with training. thanks for following along, it was fun for sure!
 
Yeah I think I made it worse doing legs lol Was pretty painful sitting down to drive. Hope to see you around again. We also have some other promo's elsewhere if you're looking to log our other products.

Obey46, sorry to hear about the hammy. I've been there and all I can tell you is to give it time. I kept getting impatient and trying to give it a go and ended up setting my recovery back.

well I haven't received my bottles yet but ya I plan on taking a little bit off
