Getting crazy with uncut

I hear you. I do enjoy pumps supps like Hemavol or NO Uptake when I am on a stim break. It helps you feel the workout a little more.

A lot of Uncut users have reported big pumps from Uncut. It doesn't do as much for me in the pump department as is does for vascularity. cumminslifter seems to be getting some of both from it, which is nice because that is instant feedback that you can see in the mirror.
 
ya i definately dont chase the pumps but i do enjoy them.(not so much in the legs) lol. ya hopefully im not too sore. i hate when soreness interferes with my next leg workout.
 
I would just like to reflect a little on how sore my legs are today from yesterdays squat workout. I had trouble getting out of bed this morning. lol(thanks uncut)
OK today way heavy bench/row.I would just like to start off and say i PR'don bench.:naughty: the weight just felt alot lighter. took 2 caps 30min pre workout as always.
Energy was good once again, which i really needed because all this week i have been deathly tired and have really needed a "pick me up".
the focus/endurance were once again top notch. By the end of my hour long workout i was still ready to go!
The pump was awesome as well. on dips my tris were "pumped" and when doing preacher curls i thought my bi's were going to pop :omfg:
I feel like i could not be much happier with "uncut" so far. I am going to be said when i run out:no:
Tommrow is abs/calves. i plan on taking my 2 caps but might not depending on how i feel. like i have said before i dont want to waste it if im not going balls out!

Excellent! Sorry about the leg DOMS, but that just means that you really killed it during your leg workout yesterday!

I'm really glad that Uncut is working so well for you. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, but you can never guarantee results for an individual user. Don't be afraid to tell your friends!

Solid PR on the bench! I guess the bad part of Uncut is when you run out or when you're really sore from the previous day's workout. :D Nutraplanet has it for a pretty good price. I should've picked it up myself for 25 bucks!

A little late, but I'm following along. Looks like the Uncut is treating you pretty good. I did legs today, and as I am catching up on you're log I would cringe every time you talked about DOMS in your quads haha.

ha thanks for following along man. loving uncut so far. I have really liked every Appnut product i have tried. i still would love to sample neovar. i have wanted to try it for a loong time

I could defintely tell i didnt take it. my energy/focus was way down compared to when i take it.
I missed it for sure.:crying: Only a few more workouts left with my mini log.
I will be taking my 2 caps tommorrow.Im ready to PR in deadlifts! :biglaugh: wish me luck!

pheeew finally got some time to sit down and update my log. it is tax season lol
Today took 2 caps 30min pre and hit the deadlifts HARD! I hit a deadlift PR so im pretty happy about that. I made this workout my biaaatch :op: The focus/endurance was good as always and the pumps were awesome once again. I noticed that my energy wasn't quite as noticeable as usual.(might be getting use to it?) not sure but still love the other results. I got overhead press tomorrow, hoping to PR in every major lift this week! 3 down 1 more to go!!! wish me luck guys!

Just picked up some nike gear for cheapz. stoked :D what was your DL PR? Grats!
well its not a true "personal record". Last year I pulled 300x5 but then I went to boot camp and lost almost 40 pounds(mostly all muscle) I came back at 125 pounds:yikes: the muscle deterioration in my legs were so bad I could not even stand up on my own, I would have to use a table or something to stand up. so when I say PR I mean from when I got back from basic. i'm still not quite as strong as I was before I left last June. I got back sept.28th but all that aside my new "PR" for deadlift is 255x5.
 
It happens. Boot camp tends to lean people out a lot. You have something to shoot for and that extra 45#'s is on the horizon.

All I can say is 4 PR's while on uncut is good in my book. I have some bad news though.....................................only 4 more workouts with uncut :puppy_dog_eyes:

sorry guys no update for today. took the day off, it was a much needed break. Went out to eat at a new Chinese buffet with my mother. Tomorrow is squat day and will be looking forward to tear it up with uncut!

man I am still SORE from deadlifts the other day. spent a good half hour stretching, and foam rolling and spent an hour in a message chair. haha. hopefully it wont effect my squats!

Nice. I have a full body massage chair I hit up every once in awhile. It's great whenever I pull a back/neck muscle and great for relieving soreness. Do you schedule your DL's w/ back days or on it's own?

I do an upper/lower split

sorry im a little late on the update, im trying to write an English paper. Lol Alright took my 2 caps of uncut 30min pre again and hit up some squats. today for some reason I didn't feel the energy like usual. the focus/endurance were still pretty good though. the pump in my quads were awesome as well.
I hit another squat PR and my RDL's felt a lot lighter so not all was lost. only 3 more workout left. Bench is tomorrow, another PR is on the horizon!

Thats good to hear! I love how it gives you the urge to push further and when you hit some PR's you think to yourself "HOLY SH!T!".

Sorry guys no update today guys, it was a "rest" day. wanted to save my final 4 pills for deadlifts tomorrow and overhead press on Saturday. I know ill be breaking PR's with uncut!

2nd to last workout with this mini log in the books, and yet again uncut delivers! PR'd in deadlifts again! all my lifts just keep moving up. The one thing I have noticed is the energy "uncut" gave me in the beginning of this log isn't as noticeable. the focus, endurance, and pump is still definitely there though! my hamstrings are going to be killing me tomorrow I can already tell. :biggthumpup: tomorrow is overhead press day, my weight keeps going up in that as well and that has been my worst lift for my entire lifting career, but with uncut I have put over 10 pounds onto my max and its still climbing.

Today was my last day of my log.:rant: I'm happy to say I finished up STRONG. PR'd in Overhead Press. I had an awesome workout despite the fact that I was not feeling all that enthused. I had to get up at 6:30 this morning so I was pretty tired. took my last 2 caps of uncut and left for the gym. energy was good endurance/focus were top notch like always. my final review. energy-7/10 in the beginning of my log I would a gave it an 8 or maybe even a 9 but by the end it seemed as I was getting use to it. focus-9/10 2 caps of uncut had me "in the zone" and made me really focus and concentrate throughout my entire workout. endurance-9/10 I felt like I could go forever, some days I was in the gym for 2 hours and supper setting everything and still left with plenty in the tank! pump-7/10 this one was weird for me. some days I had an AWESOME pump and other days I wouldn't feel a thing. but when I did feel the "pump" I really felt it. some leg days I couldn't even walk. Overall 8/10- I think uncut is a MUST try pre workout. I don't think anyone will be disappointed in this product. I would just like to thank Dewey and Appnut once again for this opportunity. uncut, you will be greatly missed:sadwavey:
