Thanks to the guys at Genesis Sports Nutrition for sending me a tub of nitronox pro( full size holy crap)! They also went super classy and sent a blender bottle shaker cup! That's rare so i already have high hopes for this brand. This log will start on monday and ill be logging for a little while. Stay tuned for initial review and workouts.

First workout this morning and i've determined I must be sensative to beta alanine. Other testers have mentioned they get tingles, but this morning I was tingling so much, it was almost distracting. I had power and lots of energy, but mostly I just wanted the tingles to go away. I did a rounded scoop so around 1.25 scoops and ill try cutting it down to 3/4 scoop tomorrow and see. Ill post my workout later.

It's a legit 1 scoop max formula.with a full clinical dose of each active ingredient per serving.The tingling will begin to diminish after a few workouts to an acceptable level.Sounds like everything else was on point!

You speak the truth. I'm so stimmed out right now because the daughter person loves to party all. night. long. This has me typically packing 1-2 scoops just to get going. I've learned my lesson here and backing off a bit. Interesting point though is no crash. Only 4 hours of sleep last night and I have not been sleepy all day.

Yeap.My favorite part is the "no crash"aspect for sure.sounds like 3/4 scoop for the next couple workouts is your sweet spot,should be perfect.

I have used products in the past with intense tingles, after about a week they subside a good bit!

Used 3/4 scoop today and it's the sweet spot. I may up it to a full serving next week after I adapt to the beta alanine. I like the taste and it mixes so easily. 5 shakes in the blender bottle and it's completely disolved. Easily an 11 on mix ability.
 
ended up waking super early today so instead of sitting around the house before my annual physical, i went to the gym. I only used a half scoop, maybe less, to avoid blowing up my results and hit a bench PR of 305x2reps and more chest work. good times

Squat PR of 345 on friday. Leg press Pr of 720!x2 this morning...after a whole damn lot of leg presses. short review to come.
