Getting back on track with AndroShred/AndroHard!

Not to high jack your thread but really interested in running this stack. WesleyInman informed pct was not necessary since I'm on TRT testi 1% gel 100mg/day. My question is any serious sides this could produce and would you recommend an OCT while taking this. Just trying to be cautious cause in early 2000's I did every ph you could think of one after another knowing nothing about pct and really screwed my self up. Finally after the last two Dr. Has got everything back to working normal and just don't want to screw things up again. Thanks in advance!

AndroHARD converts to DHT. Think of DHT compounds, var, mast, etc...

So any potential sides that DHT has, are of course possible using AndroHard. It is genuinely very safe and tolerable overall, but like anything you put into your body there is risk.

The #1 side I hear the most is that when guys are running 3-400mgs ED or higher, they have a ton of aggression/anger. Many of them reduce the dosage because of this. But this does not happen to everyone.

Some people may see spikes in BP, which is why you want to dose this more then once a day to elimiate this potential side. Smaller doses more often will tend to eliminate this issue for most users.

I have not seen huge elevations in liver enzymes at all, but you always want to take a precaution with any product. Remember this transdermal bypasses the first pass of the liver, which is another reason making this far more attractive and superior to oral DHT.

Libido should be enhanced on this product. Many guys mention more frequent erections and better erection quality on this as well. We see that alot especially users who apply AndroHard to the testes. They come off and notice that their libido goes back to normal and so they want to jump right back on this LOL

Being on test gel you shouldnt need a pct but i would still run on cycle support. To cover other possible issues. Im always safe than sorry!! Get a good all in one support supp.

Ok. Im down 9lbs. Im ****ing amazed!! My nutrition has been the same. Nothing has changed much really!. Water intake is up! Alot!!!!
cardio is still just moderate. Also its not like ive been going balls to the wall. I want to.. but i need to be able to see the changes not because of extra work but because of blocking cortisol, and seeing how this will increase metabolism. So far so good! And i believe that is an understatement! My metabolism definitely seems to have really picked up. My appetite is down. So im forcing myself to eat..
 
This was last nights food at work.
We have about 16oz of grilled chicken, sauteed onions, over Romain lettuce, parmesan cheese.
6-broiled cod over spinach, will add parm cheese, franks red hot sauce.
Also, i had 2 RTD! Banana creme protein drink.

Yes a hell of a lot more. Also, ive been going to the bathroom more the last few days. Not sure yet if its the food or the androshred!! I feel constantly warmer!
 
Soni took the whole day off Sunday. It wasnt my plan, but switching shifts and coming back at 3am this morning. I thought it best. I get off at 3pm.

Today ive gotten in about 30 minutes of jogging. Some basic pushups, lunges, and ab work.
Will update more as time goes on. Breakfast was, a couple eggs, hot sauce and sausage.
My pics always seem to big to upload. So i will upload from tapatalk.

Energy has been great during the day.
Ive been Crashing kinda hard at night. Think its jumping around from this swing shift..
Im thirsty alot, this week ive had some headaches. Again could be the swing shift. Jumping from 12hr nights.7p-7a To back around to 3am-3pm. Now just notified we will be working straight through the weekend. So i will go to 7a-7p fri sat sun. Back to nights on monday.
 
Today ive done 37minutes. Cardio on the arch trainer.

Today was a bad day! Tomorrow morning i will start back 5am gym time. I noticed im not going to get done what i need to on daylight.. Im having to make up for the foreman and supervision lack of experience and knowledge. Its getting out of hand now!
 
I will get some added cardio this evening and legs!
 
This morning i hit the gym. A little later then i wanted because i could find my work clothes..smh.. (in the dryer)lol.
Only gave me about 30 minutes. 15 minutes on the arch trainer,
Hit some leg ext.
Very little rest between sets. Maybe 30 sec.
Start with 80 x 20
Skipped a plate each set.
Stopped at 170 x 12. It was 6:20 am . had to rush out to gwt to work on time. Update more in a bit. Gonna get in some cardio before it gets crazy here.
Before i forget down 11lbs

Sorry for the lack of updates. But.. Still moving along in the right direction.
Down 14lbs. Feeling pretty dam good!.
4 weeks down 14lbs. Not to bad. As i said i didnt do anything extra. The sole purpose of how ive gone about this was to see how this would affect me and the constant stress. It has truly been remarkable.
Now, its time to really push myself for continuous improvement and a real change. I needed to evaluate how Androshred would work without making drastic changes.. And i did.

My food will be pretty much the same. It always is. Now i will work on calories, Along with timing. Obviously i will be in a deficit. But i will need to reconfigure My TDEE! I will Update all this info tomorrow.

As long as you want. The androhard is mildly suppressive though.

But these are very very safe and not liver toxic. Most clients I have run them 2- 3 months at a time.
