So I been out of the gains world for a while.
Stats
Age: 26
Height: 6'1
Weight: 185
BF: 10-13%
Epi cycle results (2013)
Age: 22
Height: 6'1
Weight: 192
BF: 6%
So now I need help setting up for this new cycle and opinions have change a fair amount in four years.
This is what I have
German Pharma - EPI 20 (2 bottles at 60 caps will only like to use one for this cycle)
Pharma grade - tamoxifen 30 pills at 20mg
Will be getting the following
Fish oil
Cel cycle assist
Multivitamin
Need help with the other staples.
Goal for this cycle
Tip the scale around 200lbs
dropping to 8% BF
