Short story. I have kinda let myself go throughout the months. Not fat but kinda skinny chubby I guess? I am getting my diet back in gear. I usually try and base my carbs after my workout because a lot of the times if I have a good amount of carbs with a meal, I tend to get really sleepy. Maybe I am not eating the right thing? But I wanted some good Natural Stacks. I just ordered some x-gels. What else would go good with this?
