Getting back into lifting stack

What's up guys! I've been out for a while. Haven't been able to lift in 3 months. Something in my shoulder popped while doing dumbbell shoulder presses and I went to the doctor only for her to tell me I have an impingement and nothing in the Xray looks out of place. Something sure feels out of place as I could barely use my left arm for lifting ANYTHING for a while and still feels like something is rubbing against something in my shoulder. Shooting a basketball would leave me on the floor in pain and riding my motorcycle would friggin hurt. Now Its a bit better.

Still hurts some when I lift my arm up, plus some popping, and I feel my strength is nowhere near the same and I've been getting fluffy. Real fluffy. Embarrassingly fluffy. So I'm getting to get back into lifting ASAP. As soon as I finish my test for my current master's class this weekend I plan to be going full on again.

So, dialing in my diet.. no more sweets, no more eating whatever whenever, gonna go back to calculating my nutrition.

Also getting my supps ready. So far what I'm thinking is Norcodrene, Follidrone, Formeron, and possibly a couple others as per your suggestions.
For protein PES select as always, and for a preworkout I have a couple tubs of conqu3r but might possibly look for something else. I also have 2 bottles of x factor laying around but not sure if I'll use right now.

Would you guys add anything to my stack? I guess recomp is my goal.
How's alphamine doing? Anything new/innovative and effective as far as fat loss?
Any other preworkouts that have been groundbreaking?
I miss 3 months and I feel new to everything again so apologize for all the questions!

I would recommend Driven by Menace Nutrition for pre workout. We have acouple people logging it in the supplement logs forum if you want to check it out. So far we've had a lot of people who have loved it and loved how strong it is. If you're looking for fat loss we have Throttle which is out fat burner. You can check both of these products out at bringthemayhem.com if you'd like. And if you decide to purchase anything use code ANABOLIC for 40% off!

If you're just getting back into things I'd probably just use a pre-workout (new Conqu3r is awesome) and focus on nutrition only, then maybe after a month start using stuff like Follidrone/Anabeta Elite/ArA (not all at the same time). For fat loss, Norcodrene/Alphamine are still great. I've been using BPS Combustion and stacking it with Target A2 (Alpha-Yohimbine) and I like the results I'm seeing as well.

Proper nutrition. /thread.
Lol. Basics like sns creatine mono, multi vitamin, and fish oils.

Could not agree more.....

Tempting to skip studying and read those articles now tho..

Yea if you looking for a good preworkout and fat burner thats up to date i would suggest going over to strong supplement shop and checking out the top 5 pre workouts Invalid Link Removed and to then the top 10 fat burners Invalid Link Removed. Hope this helps!

New conqu3r? Did they take out the creatine or something?
I have the old stuff

They removed the creatine/betaine/AMP citrate and added Amentoflavone. You can check their new label. It's for sale now on a lot of sites (like NP)

Just because people flock to buy things doesn't mean they are the best. I generally NEVER use "best selling" to judge a supplement.
And the number 2 preworkout is unavailable.. so have to update that.
Thank you for the help on what's popular from that site though

Yessss. Was hoping that they would take the creatine out.
So everything has amentoflavone now? Lol I know my norco has it and the new high volume has it as well I think.

Well....Amentoflavone is pretty awesome. It does almost everything and fits any goal...so why not? Haha.
