Getting back in the game with BPS Epidrone (sponsored)

Damn hopefully wont come back .. yeah rest up for a week is a smart thing to do

Ive had bad inflammation mid cycle , learned it the hard way for me it was my cortisol levels being to high which caused my issue

I know its the worst to be out ..esp during pct .. but be patient and let your body tell you

Update time again.

Went back to the Dr last week. Saw my Dr's assistant. She was very thorough. She put me on a few different meds, including the Z pack and augmentin. As of today, the pain is now only at the base of my skull. So, she pretty much nailed it. Strained muscle with nerve impingement. I thought I was ready to get back in the gym, but I was straining to put a new soft top on my jeep. Oh, the pain!! Throbbing headache all over again. That was Sunday. This morning, it was throbbing, but now the pain is gone.
Maybe next week.
I started feeling the effects of not taking the epidrone the other day, so I started on my clomid/nolva. I still have almost a full bottle left!

D@mn my man, I really wish you well and hope it all gets smoothed out soon. Hold onto that bottle and when its all good to go, then you can blow through some gainz!!

Thanks fellas.. Yeah, this really sucks.. But, instead of complaining, I'll find a positive. The tendonitis is gone!! My body is recovering. Things are good. I know that this is only a speed bump in life.

Lmao!! Women.. I had to turn down an emergency response coordinator position at a refinery in Africa and Oman. Would have been 28 on/28 off. 140k a year..

My girl would follow me through hell and turn around for another go. Wait. She already did.
Fuggin amazing. May move back to Chicago for the right gig. She said she would go anywhere.

EDIT:
On my last day in Chicago, heading home in a few hours. No effing way I'm moving back to this ice ridden windy a#ssed place. Holy mother of frozen nipple gods!!!! Florida, coming home baby...

I survived day 1!

Finally back in the gym! I wasn't going to push my luck today by lifting, but I couldn't resist, had to bench on a Monday morning. Lol. Only did a few sets of flat and incline. Zero head pain or pressure.
Did 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Felt good there too, except for when I'd look up at the tv's. Little pain/pressure at the base of my skull.

Feeling optimistic!!

Everybody benches on Monday morning. To not to would be sacrilege! (Good to see you doing well my man.)

Sucks man. Mine wouldn't have had to leave the comfort of her own home if I took the job in Afghanistan. And it was $692 A DAY, plus per diem .

I was approached by some current and ex military guys to go do some contract work in the middle east with blackwater about 13 or 14 years ago. I guess I impressed them when I took on 28 guys by myself in a paintball war. Wound up getting all of them except 1 because I miscounted and thought I had already got them all and was just walking back to the staging area. I only got shot at once and that was the guy that was just waiting right by the staging area at the end. Lol! There were a few of the military guys that asked if I was in the special forces. Nope, I just like to hunt and stalk without being seen. Hahaha! I know there's a difference between paintball and real bullets and didn't think my nerves would be as calm in the real life situations so I declined. You're right though, they were offering some stupid pay that was very tempting!

Enjoyed reading this log just now. Scrolled through it in like 30 minutes. So how do you feel now? Would you recommend Epidrone to somebody who's just getting back into the gym after a year layoff? Also, what did your PCT end up looking like?
