getting ap, pfull, recreate ready

i need some advice on how to stack these usp products. i weigh 150lbs at 5'2 and am 35 years old(don't laugh)!!! i workout early in the morning around 5am 4 days a week! i do more of a functional training workout with combinations of plyos and olympic style lifts! right now i'm on a heavy carb load of about 60%carbs, 20%protein and 20%fats...crazy i know but my job is killing me right now but no worries i can change this, i just need to know how to stack these supplements.
one more thing is i take an otc sinus medication called aprodine every night...it helps me breathe and sleep...hopefully this will not give me any side effects from using the usp supps!!!

You'll love the combo, but I will leave the advice for the experts. I would just like to know what your goals are, and why so much carbs?
 
i was a powerlifter till here recently but now that i have a new job, i have transitioned into functional training. i guess what i'm looking for is to get away from that powerlifting attitude and more of gymnastic attitude if that makes any sense.
 
I agree about the large amount of carbs..... I think a 40/40/20 ratio would make more sense to put on size.. just my 2 cents...
