I can see that, it just seems like a waste of meso to only put it for 30-40 mins of steady-state cardio.

Pumps are good. Its kinda strange to have such an energizing pre and still get good pumps. Usually its one or the other. I rested yesterday instead of today so I did some Pull Drops today.......kinda.

Man I know what you mean. I just moved from Mississippi to bumfcck Tennessee. It's so strange being in a small town. My internet went from fibre optics to I don't even know what.

I have been without good internet for over a year. We moved out to BFE outside of Rockwall from Mesquite. It'll be awhile I think....hah

Always had a mental issue with eating more as I'm always worried I'll just end up getting fat and squishy instead of adding muscle...

As a Former Fat Guy, this is always in the back of my mind also. I know that it's not true, but still can't help but think it. Probably the single biggest reason why I'm not bigger.

I just ate like 150 carbs in one meal. Massive chicken pot pie with mashed potatoes with bacon. I'll get fat for us both.

I've seen far too many gym members spin wheels after losing a ton of weight (and muscle) because they're afraid to get fat again but the truth is you will add a little bit of fat unless on hardcore gear to put on some muscle even if you clean bulk. It's just a matter of gaining smart and dieting back to lean even smarter.
