Starting this log a little late into the cycle but motivation has been tough lately so a little kick in the ass from you experienced guys would be great.
Cycle: Test E 500mg/wk (2x 250mg)
DMZ 40mg/day as long as I feel like it lol
Running tudca at 500mg a day, cycle assist, aromasin at 25mg/day. Everything has been going very well so far, food is by far the hardest part. Bulking pretty dirty lately.
42 days in. Height: 6'1. All weights done in morning, empty stomach, no clothes, post bathroom.
Start weight: 165.0 (I am single digit BF)
Current weight: 182.4 (+17.4)
Current lifts (3RM)
Bench 235
Squat 325
OHP 175
Don't deadlift any more (was giving me anterior pelvic tilt due to neglecting ab training, I do heavy rows instead)
Row 245
Calories at 4000+, protein at 260+
Basically I've been having trouble hitting calories lately, but that just results in me leaning out (still gaining strength at normal rate).
The goal is a 190 morning weight by the new year. My test goes until mid November and my dmz I'll run until I feel it's not worth it any more. 40mg is solid, steady gains with low sides.
Anyways, I'd love for you guys to follow along. Don't be shy, say hello!
