I like to start my day with a cup of coffee mixed with chocamine and raw cacao powder.

Then prior to breakfast I take cissus, digestive enzymes, Glycophase

Post breakfast I take multivitamins, joint supps, pine pollen, and some type of adaptogen (ex. Kannaease).

Preworkout I take some type of pre-workout and during my workout I like to drink some BCAA concoction.

Post workout, I usually take some whey isolate or whey blend with creatine.

Prior to dinner, I again take a cap of glycophase, cissus, digestive enzymes.

Post dinner, multivitamins, fish oil, joint supps, pine pollen.

Pre bed, I take ZMA usually with a cup of ginger tea blend (regular and black ginger) mixed with raw honey and a pinch of thyme.

Wait a sec...you mean self-care as in "self care"? "Polishing the banister"? "Burping the worm?" "Scratching Yoda behind the ears?"

Wake up before the other 5 in the house and sneak off to the gym on a empty stomach and a cap of caffeine. Alone time and a good workout to get me started. Add in some tada preworkout would add to the blood flow in all directions!

I wake up, usually to the sweet sounds of one or maybe two young children screaming something about TV, breakfast, a diaper, etc. When she’s off I might hear my wife’s beautiful voice telling one of them they’re about to lose toys for the day.

Since sleep becomes a non-entity, I proceed to change whatever crap diaper my 9 month old has produced and see what my almost 4 year old wants for breakfast, which may end up in a very relaxing shouting match.

I take my supplements right away, especially Monday-Friday, then go about my day. I find 60-90 minutes in the 24 hrs to do some heavy lifting, and that’s my “me-time”.

I can’t have a routine. I have young kids. I can have “self-care staples” that keep me functioning. Among them are.....

1. Coffee
2. Food
3. KannaEase
4. KSM-66
5. Hulu and Amazon Prime Video on my phone
6.Greens/Reds Powder
7. The knowledge that one day my kids will wake up, put on their own cartoons, and let me rest.

I’ve found the biggest benefit to a good self-care routine or “staple regimen” is the ability to avoid lengthy prison sentences for the murder/assault of annoying co-workers or the neighbor who mows his lawn 8 times a week. It’s important to take care of one’s mental AND emotional state. So everyday be thankful for what you have, treat the body like a temple, and remind yourself that by having 2 boys you’ve doubled your odds of breeding a professional athlete.

3 Tips to make any day great, do something for the mind, body and soul. I'm a firm believer in if you don't use it you lose it, and this applies to everything in life.
1) Learn something new, anything, a new fact about insects, the flag to a foreign country, your neighbors name, etc literally anything
2) Do something physical, a walk, lift weights, swimming, planking while watching tv, take some TADA and see how many times you can fire em off before you can't anymore, anything that gets the blood flowing
3) Do something nice for somebody other than yourself, hold the door open for a stranger, pay for a strangers coffee, call and apologize for a wrong you did, check in on your family/friends/etc basically do anything that gets outside of your own self centered ways.

I like this. For whatever reason, when I'm in a drive-thru, I often pay for the person behind me. I always give a silly reason to pass on to that vehicle. I once ended up with a $32 bill @ McDonald's during lunch!! Lol, my wife saw it on our bank statement and questioned how I bought $32 worth of junk food!!

Dear AM diary.

My alarm unpleasantly wakes me up at 0600. I rush to the toilet to urinate impatiently what feels like a couple liters of fluid. I grab a pre workout of choice, add salt, potassium, sit down on the couch, and drink. Throw my gym clothing on, which is also my work from home outfit. I go the bathroom, wet my hair, face, throw on my earbuds, check the news with Jonathan Shuttlesworth, and walk to Anytime Fitness. How do I hit the gym? Well, in the words of Greg Doucet, I attempt to "train harder than last time". Most of the time it works out that way. Hitting the gym first thing is very therapeutic. I then rush back home to turn on my work, clock on, and begin the work grind. Work is chill, too chill, my kids then wakeup, my kids are the opposite of chill, self care is then paused until the wife wakes up and takes over LOL. Break time then appears out of nowhere, and I cook my breakfast, eating while I get back to my chill work. After I chow down, I give my muscles some self care, which includes consuming creatine, and injecting carnitine and BPC157. I scarf down some pills, and then focus on my chill job. Work is chills, kids are anti chill. Lunch comes around, not too long after my breakfast, so with my eldest kid in school, I play a game of Warzone, sometimes I'm great, sometimes I'm as great as Stevie Wonder playing the game. Ahhh, self care. Fast forward through work, dinner, putting the kids to bed which is crazy because the kids are more hyper at bedtime than when they wake up. Kids asleep, it is time to chill, and whatever self care with the wife, those details I shall not get into. Of course I shower before bed, before anyone asks, what do you think I am, a slob? Anyway, AM diary, the Tada giveaway sounds real cool, props to Supreme, AM, and all the self care bros.

Self Care-
On this special holiday, I encourage all users to partake in some good old fashioned herb smokage, or even make some cookies with it. You can add protein to the batter and have anabolic chronic cookies.

Take some tada, and do what you should do with it. Find your wife, significant other, friend you f*ck with, whatever........ and make that tada go to work. Work it like you’re trying to repopulate the planet.
If you don’t have what’s listed above, a partner, get reacquainted with your strongest forearm or start to make friends with your other.

Go to the gym, lift heavy stuff. Put it down. Lift it again. Repeat this process. Some people don’t understand what we do or why we do it. It’s self care.

Love your friends, love your family, love your God, but you gotta love yourself. And that means self-care.

Happy Tuesday folks

My self-care is real. I order my own Rx meds (simvastatin, HCG, Finaseride, etc) from overseas and do quarterly bloods myself.
(Lipids - real familial need/issue).
I do my own TRT at 100 mg a week while also getting it all tested during those same quarterly bloods.
I went on my own, got my calcium-score tested (ins. wont pay anyways), along with follow-up echo-stress test.
I keep my own BP in check with 5 mg Cialis ED and Carditone, check it few times a week.

Dr's are there if/when I need 'em, I just dont right-now for what I think are basics...

I have only the slightest idea of what you’re talking about, but I’m excited that you’re excited cause we both won. What a day
