the instatized Creatine Anydrous is our creation. Regular Creatine anhydrous does not mix well in water.

I got to train with Kevin about 20 or 25 years ago, just a few weeks after he took 2nd in the Mr O. It was in a gym in Glenn Bernie MD, I believe the gym owners name was Todd Sweeny. Between Kevin and John Parrillo I think I almost died. But I loved it. We did 100 rep calf raises and then stretches. Somewhere there is a picture in the Parrillo Performance Press.

Really? That is crazy! I want to go to some popular gyms where more famous bodybuilders train but I dont really live around any. BTW rocket I'm a rep for menace now to!
