On a different note, has anyone here had any Testosterone replacement therapy? My doc is sending me to an endocrinologist to get test therapy because my levels are super low

Possibly from long term dieting or very low fat intake for a long period time? From what i have researched this is usually the cause (long term weight loss of dieting is the major factor or low kcals for a prolonged period of time, it happens to some natural bodybuilders from long term dieting and causing hormone levels to plummet from their conteset prep diets..)

That could be it, fits the bill. I am not going to turn down some free Test from the Doc though, unless you think that would be a problem.

whats your daily fat intake?

These 3 will be the major factor on WHY your test dropped so low.

My guess is a mix of both #1 and #2. Long term dieting on a very low fat intake = bye bye hormones.

Yes, Yes, and I am not eating too much fat, but I can definitely say with certainty that I am not Fat deficient.

That is cool. So should I not get the HRT? I don't want to screw with my natural process, and I can't deny that I am gaining muscle and losing fat. Just having some libido issues and possibly not putting on as much muscle as I would like.

You answered your own question dude.. Long term dieting and low fat. Yes your diet is not sufficient in fat if it is what caused it (and that is what did)

Fat is necessary for your hormones/organs to function. A low fat diet over a long period of time can cause testosterone to drop and cause a part of what you are experiencing.

Getting healthy = Optimal, do what your doctor says.

Tried and loved it, but won't officially be starting my run for another week. Solid energy, mood, focus, thermo effect, and appetite suppression were all noticed...and it tastes great too (tried Fruit Punch). I can't wait to start using it consistently.

What are your go-to tips for getting sliced? Tips for getting stronger than an ox?
High reps, 15. When doing legs take it up a notch, 15 or 20 reps since legs are bigger and stronger they can handle more weight and repetitions. I believe high reps are best when cutting and wanting definition.
Strong than an Ox? Eat, eat and eat some more. I used to cut on carbs completely even after reading many articles that say you cannot skip carbs completely I did it and I was weak at the gym. Once I started eating carbs before and after did I feel a difference on my lifts when at the gym.

Didn't buy it because I already have it(versa and oxy caps not powder). In talks with national guard recruiter for me to join so I want to lose the extra body fat before joining so I don't suffer at basic training. Get ripped and strong not just for summer but for life.

For getting sliced, I like to run and limit carbs. For getting stronger than an ox, I eat lots of protein and train consistently (still working on the ox part, LOL).

Not yet, but my goals when I get it are to lose fat and gain at least 10 lbs. of strength on every lift.

I know I know everyone has their thoughts on Zyzz but he was strong and ripped...cocky as shttt. He had a really good physique.

Proper diet and pushing for every last rep. Diet is key though. Carb cutting and tons of cardio would be my go to tips for getting sliced up

My goals are to get shredded by this summer to around 7-10%bf

oh my bad i meant it to say..when are u guys doing it tomorrow..not when are you guys doing it? tomorrow?..as in what time are u guys thinking about for tomorrow so i can check up at work :)
