Get Lost with Test/Tren/Epi/SD/Winny

I gotta do some calculations/guesstimates but will be between 8-10; whenever I run out of test, I'm pretty much gonna call it and since I dialed back on my dosing, I might be able to stretch it out a bit further. Starting to notice some very nice things going on and I think it's just about fully kicking in, but with what I've been on kinda hard to tell.

Good to hear that the new dosing is working broham. How's the "applying" process going? Gotta imagine you'll be trying some new spots soon.

nah fck that ****, even with good form, I always tweak my back and hips for some reason.

Back in the day yes I'd hit deads/squats 1-2 twice a week (depending on cyc/etc) and up until the last 2 years, even if I hit them for a few sets, automatically feels like I'm crippled over (not in a good way either). Besides with my martial arts/boxing, last thing I wanna do is fck myself up more before getting back into the ring, whether its sparring or competitions down the road.

still goin pretty well in certain areas, still feeling the burn and I noticed my skin is drying up intensely; even using different lotions, looks like I gotta pick up baby lotion soon. I'm trying to keep it between 1-1.5 per area so it looks like this:

test -- left bi
tren -- right bi
win -- upper shoulders

when I decide to ramp it up a bit, I'll start hitting inner thighs, I think dude definitely heard me talkin ish bout his boy if he keeps on suggesting to put it on my scrotum hahah ain't never gonna happen.
 
my bad its been a few days, managed to hit a couple of workouts past 4 days, been really busy with some personal ish going on at the moment, but hopefully by tomorrow or at least the end of the weekend, I'll be back on full track. I'm gonna try and hit arms + back today, if not tomorrow.

everything else has pretty much been the same so far, still feelin mad good (still sweat at night so I know this ish is definitely kickin); 2 restless nights out of 4, uuggghhhh it be what it be. One more day left of EPI, no pill sat and sun I'm really really eager to throw in that sd and boost up my strength, I've gained 15lbs so far and well it's about 5 more than I wanted to gain so far, although I'm gettin more cut and defined, weights goin up a bit every other day or so.

Just walking over to the gym, managed to pick up a lovely calf pump that had me feelin like I just a leg workout on top of a run; even hitting upper body, I had to sit between a few sets and massage the ish outta my calf.

At the very end after switching from high reps to med to low reps (over 4 sets per exercises), I had a wicked ass forearm pump that pretty much stopped me there (I threw in 2 extra workouts to today's regiment and skipped boxing training due to plans for tonight and I'll make that up during my off day tomorrow and throw in a long ass ab routine to make up for that too.

Freakishly I'm up almost 20lbs and once I hit a certain weight, I plan on cutting back on my meals and fast a bit more too; everything is goin well, minus the night sweats/lack of sleep as I think I mentioned last post or so.

I know fam, ppl are definitely saying some ish now hahaha and alls I can claim is well you see how much I'm eating and training. I know ish is def kicking in intensely, I've had my on feeling almost nonstop for the past several days.

Tomorrow is the start of week 5, about halfway there; dropped Epi today and Beastah tomorrow, to make sure I'm getting rid of a bit of bloat, I added 3-5 squirts of forma (don't think I'll be using it throughout though, just enough to where I'm good again).

I don't know how even with the weight I've gained, I can barely grab any skin off my front abs and side abs are poppin through, I'm trying to figure out where the weights going and it appears to be throughout my upper body and my legs are lookin disgusting hahah.

just about halfway, since I'm starting week 5 and still have a bit of test/tren left, looks like I can get maybe another week outta that and with my other bottles left, looks like I can run it another 4-5 weeks; especially if I ramp up the doses and keep the sd between 10-20mg; knowing me I'll do 30mg on the last week and just pray that I don't gain too much more weight hahaha.

I saw pain and gain last night with my girl after the knicks game and I have to say, ish was pretty damn good, I mean I enjoyed it and she laughed quite a bit too cause we know dumb mothafckahs like that I thought the acting was pretty damn good too. I don't wanna say any scenes, but there was two lines I heard, fckin thought I was gonna get kicked out for laughing too hard too long.

hell yes, The Rock (who was effing HUGE in that one), Marky Mark, and the guy who plays poppa doc in 8 mile lol were amazing. It'd be so sick to have a gym with an outdoor pool. Right after the film I just wanted to get a pump ASAP.
 
Have a bit of time to report a few things before heading out, although today was off, I managed to do cardio for a little over an hour; didn't run just fast walk and jogging, felt pretty good and I think I need soles or adjust my position, because these calf pumps are gonna get the better of me soon and although I rather push through it, sometimes I just can't and I need to stop, massage and slowly go on.

As much as I wanted to, I resisted weighing myself and will do that tomorrow when I'm back in action. I only had a couple of meals today and plan on having another small one to make up for the past few days. Libido is still going strong and a half, strength and aggression are well up too. Although it's controllable, I can feel that rage when I need to use it to push through a set/boxing and if I'm sparring with someone I stop, give us a breather or I'll do crunches/push ups till I calm down a bit and resume, not tryna hurt anyone ya know.

They had me in stitches and they played idiots so well, I give them all mad credit. I was thinking that the whole time too, how dope would it be to have an outdoor pool. Yo there's so many lines I wanna quote hahah but I'ma hold off for a bit of time, until ppl saw it, because I think just about every event is connected, sure there might be a slow part here or there, but overall ish was insane. Felt like Bay wanted to go Tarantino a bit, but for a movie with no explosions (hahahah), Bay's directing wasn't that bad.

Slept pretty decently last night, no sweats/terrors so it seems to be every couple of days off and on between that nasty ish. Plan on weighing myself, hitting arms and martial arts training today.

Been looking at some new pwo's and kinda torn between Assualt and Jack3d Micro; I love my C4 but it's time to change it up a bit. Also looking at some of their other products, but kinda iffy with their large prop blends, but I'll probably be giving them a shot soon, hey, rather rep them than a few others hahah jus sayin. Interested in their shred matrix, looks like it has anti-cortisol(subjective) proprieties, so prob by the end of today I'll list a few things I plan on picking up.
 
Saw the fight last night and gotta say for a man his age, dude didn't have to float around as much and stood his ground very well; he looked a lil afraid the first few rounds, but once he got comfortable with his right, it was all over. Homeboy he fought didn't throw one fckin uppercut, everytime he went to work the body, or when Floyd predictably dropped his entire body forward and put everything into his right, if dude woulda powered up and waited properly for that, woulda been a different fight; however, I fck with Mayweather and despite the personal ish in his life, he is arguably the best if not one of at this point.

I tried doing some boxing after that, hahaha after 15mins I had a completely dead left arm, so I stuck and move with my right, worked on south paw for a bit (minus my left) and depending on how things go, looks like I'll be needing extra joint formula.

Threw in sd yesterday and fck me already seeing the retention, oh well, I'll have to adjust my macros as I'm really going for strength and to get cut a bit more; looks like I put more weight on since last weighing myself, so when I get to to the gym soon to hit lower body, I'll hop on the scale and see whats up.
 
Today was leg day and without a doubt as I'm walking over, right calf pumping something awful; stretched a bit and said fck it, I'm gonna treat my legs like any part of my body for this training week and for the next 2; well, it was a combo of high reps/mid reps x2/low reps.

Legs:

Single Leg Seated Press (L then R): 100x25/140x15/160x15/200x10(L)x6(R); I always knew my right leg was a bit weaker, slight nerve damage behind the leg, but haven't had any problems since; only stupid fckin calf pumps.

Double Leg Seated Press: 280x25/320x15/360x15/380x10 (I felt my back up a bit more than I wanted to here and pulled the plug

Hamstring Curls: 80x25/140x15/155x15/170x10

Hip Adbuctor/Adductor: same weights and reps as above

DB Calf Raises: 50x25/60x15/65x12/75x10 (still think I needa go higher with these, just fckin grabbin something off the very bottom rack).

After that did a bunch of bag training and I dunno how but I managed to put on an +2lbs, so I'm at 195 lean and I've gained around 23lbs (I started out around 172 after losing weight from the 185 before my cycle), it's pretty damn noticeable how much bigger I've gotten but a lotta ppl are attributing it to how much they see me eat 4-5 times a day and how little I've been walking/running due to this calf pump hahah some ish indeed; my endurance has actually improved tremendously from first starting, but for some reason with stretching and supps I can't get rid of this pump, ain't gonna stop me it's just fckin annoyin.
 
oh yeah also wanted to add throwing sd at 10mg for the first maybe 3-4 days then jump to 20 and maybe, maybe on the last week bump to 30; if bloat becomes an issues, which most likely will at one point, I'll drop back on the sd and I know that's fckin notorious for all kinds of retention.

I'm looking at my stomach and I can see all the water I've been drinking plus steak and other meals/random snacks I ate throughout the day; feel like a dirty slutty whore right now with all the sweets today, but it was well worth it (I'll count it as my 1 one of my cheat days; 2 max allowed).

Although tomorrow is an off-day, depending on my right leg (quad/calf) feels, I may or may not go for a run or long walk, I feel like I needa start doing that again very soon.
 
well attempted to go for a run and turned out to be a walk/job; fckin lose my mind with these pumps, taurine isn't helping a whole lot at 6g, gonna up my potassium and hopefully that'll do the trick. Stretch before, during (15/10 seconds) and after (30 seconds give or take); sore as **** now but thats expected after a nice leg workout from yesterday and trying to get my tires running again.

plan on eating, dosing up and then hitting the gym in a bit, 2 days off a week is not acceptable, especially when my recovery time has actually improved a lot; plan on hitting shoulders today, tomorrow off and then finish off this routine then hop into another mix of programs after my 6th week or so.

I'll also weigh myself in two different places just to make sure its all good, I mean, I can see I'm getting bigger and widening up, but I didn't want to put this much weight on just yet. Depending on how things go near week 8-9, if I'm well over my weight, I'll have to fight in a different class looks like light heavyweight at this rate. My appetite has gone up just like my libido, at times annoying and ridiculously high hahah; no complains though, although sometimes when I try to fight not eating, hunger pains are immense.

Worse comes to comes, I'll throw in t3 and see if I can burn the extra fat off and either do something to curb my appetite or go crazy. Have to say pretty low bloat so far, sure I'm using a very very lil bit of forma and my chems, but I know what the score is with sd; not trying to balloon up like last time, just wanna increase my strength and muscle endurance a lot more.
 
Throwing sd ontop of the test and tren will move you into a new weight class fer sure, gonna be fighting fat necks in heavy weight.

That's what I'm starting to realize and might jump up class; if I'm 200 by thurs/fri, fck it I'ma go all out; there is one dude I always wanted to challenge at heavy weight so it would be a good bit of fun, definitely gonna be a battle and a half though.

No worries at all fam ya know I got you; I know I got around 5-6 weeks, but so far so fckin good, and the funny thing is with other cycles I didn't get sides this intense; I've gotten some calf/back pumps before, but these calf pumps I'm getting nearly every single day ain't a joke, but minus cardio days, I'm happy for that because I know ish is working.
 
So after seeing big homie tha rock's shoulders, I wanted to give it my own day and I feel like so far the I've been neglecting my back (although it's improved a lot now) and my shoulders (usually w/chest, but now solo). I haven't done some of these exercises in a long time, so I surprised myself a bit.

Shoulders:

Military Press: Bar W/Ux20/95x12/135x10 then x8 (haven't done this in a long a$$ time and I know I'm slacking here)

Superset:

Front Cable Raise: 10x15/15x12/20x10 twice
Shoulder Side Raise: 25x15/35x10/40x10 then 7 (burn was immense)

DB Shoulder Press: 35x12/45x10/50x8 twice (haven't done these in awhile as well and slackin here too)

Rear Delt Cable Fly: 15x15/20x12/30x10 twice

DB Shrugs: 60x20/80x15/90x10 twice (I pulled up and back, and held it for a second)

Machine Shoulder Press: 65x20/100x10/125x8 twice (squeezed and cursed to get that last one out, didn't rest enough, but fckin felt amazin)

Felt like it was a pretty good day and from now on I think I'ma do 3 on 3 off, if I start to feel like **** or sleep less than I am already doing then I'll drop back a day on training. Recovery is actually quite fast, well, still have a burning pump from my traps to the end of my shoulders and from now on I might either throw 3-4 back exercises to this routine or do arms/back and switch off.

I kinda mapped out several different training options and routines, once I make it concrete after I finish the docs training regiment I'll start putting that into effect and of course I'll map it all out.
 
I thought this went through ealier but guess not, I forgot to mention that I've put on a pound since yesterday sitting at 196, that was fasted and only 2 cups of water in me plus my pwo crackness. I ate 3 relatively medium meals yesterday and today I fasted until late noon, had a decent sized lunch and had dinner not too long ago, chicken and steak separately. I'll be very lucky if I don't flip tha fck out from hunger pains if I don't eat for the rest of the night.

6er is still there despite putting the weight on, still pretty defined, but I know sd is holding it in there. Imma start adjusting here and there and once I get to a certain point, depending on where I'm at with my cycle I'm either gonna try and stay at a particular weight or say fck it and go all the way, cleanly as possible but shorten my fasting hours and indefinitely 2 cheat meals a week, but we'll see what the deal is when the time comes.
 
well so much for sleeping in late, did manage to get a little bit more sleep than usual, I know I said it was an off day, but I'm gonna hit some hard cardio today, well, at least attempt it; if my calf starts acting up, I'll go on it gingerly and take it from there.

had a surprisingly big breakfast and I'm still mad hungry, even last night I had to run out right quick around 2 in the morning to get something to eat and I'll weigh myself sometime over the weekend, I'm breaking one of my rules by checking daily again hahaha.

week 5 is almost coming to an end and if there's anything more to report, I'll post it up here later on.
 
Up another lb from yesterday at 197, gonna weigh myself soon, this is going to have to be a rushed day as I'll be out for the afternoon till tomorrow afternoon. Yesterday was arms and damn felt like a great day:

Close Grip Bench Press (negatives, no spotter): 135(held 10 seconds)x10/ 185(held 5 seconds)x8/ 235(held 3 seconds)x3 twice (getting close to my PR, just no spotter just yet, might have to do it on my own and watch out for my sweat hands and fingers rippping.

Close Grip Bench Press: 135x15/185x10 with 2 rest pause sets of 8 reps each time; 15 seconds rest after each set, felt a lovely burn

Seated Tricep Press: 60x15/80x10 dropset into 60x10/40x12/30x20

V-Bar Pushdown: 75x12/100x10/120x8 dropset into 60x12/45x20 (felt mad goofy doing that last set, felt wwwaayyyy too light but got a good extra pump from that).

Barbell Curl: 95x10x3/105x6 twice

Incline DB Curl: 35x12/40x10/50x8 then x6

Machine Curl: 75x15/100x10/120x6 (felt like I was compromising my wrist here so pulled the plug).

Superset:
Tricep Pulldown (no accessory): 15x20/25x10/30x8
High Cable Bicep Curl (L then R): same weight and reps as above.

Overall felt like it was a pretty damn good day and I still haven't felt like I really tested my strength yet, so maybe one or two I'll start hitting 1 reps. Well, since I'm close to that 200 marker, I gotta see what I weigh in today, I think I'm take on buddy at 230. Fck abs at the moment, this is a pride thing now and maybe something got the best of me but I want it. I might stretch out my cycle just a couple weeks longer and if I can get there semi healthy then it's on!

Looks like I'll have to boost my calories/carbs with the amount of cardio I'll be doing and well, def gonna figure something out with my calf as well, but I think I'll be alright so I force myself and get my mind out of it.
 
bought a lil more time to workout, dosed everything up not too long ago, sipped on some c4 crack to boost me up a bit and getting ready for chest/shoulders/traps; I know I said I was going to have a separate shoulders day and I will. After the next week, changing up my training routine and on top of muscle building, focusing on strength/endurance as well prepping for this fight.

I'm feeling great, amped up, amazin and concentrated like whoa, #Team Jesus! Hahaha sorry couldn't resist, but on some real talk ish is bout to go down.

been on the fence with that for sometime as ppl have mixed reviews for it. Been lookin at MP assault, and I'll def take a look into game day too. If I can't decide on something by the end of next week I might just have to hit up C4 again; don't get me wrong it's effective, but I'm trying to change it up. Oddly enough a lot of ppl have been making some bad comments about it, and really I don't see anything wrong with it.

quick funny story, this one guy who's always trying to be buddy's with everyone [fckin annoying] was hoovering all over the bench and with headphones I kept showing him 5 when I went for incline. I got up to get some water and I saw started to take the weights off of one side, hold tha fck up whaddya doin, uuuhhh you hit four sets why more? I got worked up and as we was taking off the weights, I decided to stack 5 45's fast on the other side, nodded by head and laughed; kinda realized I was an a$$shole, but oh well I blame it on the tren + sd hahha.

Chest Dips: 12x4

Superset:

Cable Cross: 20x15/25x12/30x10 twice
Decline Pushups: 20/20/15/8 (pec burned nicely here)

DB Press: 50x12/60x10/80x5 (got wwwaayyyy too ambitious here, but felt damn good hitting it, arms gave out on last set in a good way)

Machine Press (extra burn): 100x25/125x15/150x8

Overall felt pretty damn good, I cut back a bit on the C4 (half scoop and 2 small sips of a redbull) and I noticed that helped out a lot more, didn't get too anxious and actually had the patience to wait 1-2min and I'm going to give myself another 1 week of pwo, take maybe 2-3 weeks off and then last week of cycle/beginning of PCT start it back up.

Weight's steady at 197, but then again I really didn't eat a whole lot yesterday a lil disappointed in myself for that, but I'm on the right track and I should hit 200 by mid next week; a lot different from my other cycles, not nearly as bloated as before, libido/appetite is still strongly up and I feel that sd coursing my rage hahaha, a bit more so than last time, but I know it's the combo I'm taking in.
 
also here are my doses so far and I know I'm slacking on putting my diet up here, but eventually I'll get around to it:

Test - 1.0
Tren - 1.6 (gonna bump up a bit soon)
Winny - 1.5 (gonna bump up to 2 near the end, depending on how much I have left)
SD - 10mg (tomorrow will be the end of the first week and after that 20).

Tomorrow will be the start of week 6 and looks like from the amount I have left, maybe go another 5-6 weeks, of course I'm gonna listen to my body and once things start getting strange (not in a good way), then I'll drop back a bit on doses and start PCT, but indefinitely passing 8 weeks to hit my fighting target.
 
Nice arm sesh today, won't have enough time to post it all now, just wanted to come on and answer a few PM's and write what's been goin on.

This is the start of week 6 and things so far have been goin pretty damn well; sure there are a few times I feel like I'm gonna go crazy, but I think that's from the lack of sleep at times, but I hit 201, lean! I agreed to fight at 220, so he's staying put at his weight and I gotta climb up in 3 weeks. If it takes me a bit longer to update/respond back to a PM I want to apologize in advance, but I'm going to have up my training that much more. It's funny dude abuses painkillers/morphine and well you already know what tha fck I'm on, so it's leveled out.....right hahaha.

thanks brotha, first time it was a good amount of fat and retention, but feels pretty damn good this time, look and feel a lot better and still have some work to do.

Thanks fam, when I hit an extra 17-18lbs and hit my target gonna be rowdy; but it's funny really I wasn't even trying to put on the weight just going for an ultimate cutter until I got challenged and now I gotta switch up my training, but its all good and well worth it.
 
alright let's see, I know I missed posting two workouts but I'll make up for that soon, been doing a lot various bag training and 2x cardio sessions (low morning high night and switch up) a day; upped cals/carbs/prot quite a bit to make sure I not only boost my cardiac endurance but obviously put on the extra weight I need to.

fight couldnt have come at a better time, endurance/strength is well up and my aggression hahah oh my god, thank god I'm normally a very cool calm collective person, otherwise I can see why ppl flip tha fck out. Have a few things to do today around the house, dropping things off and running some errands with my girl, after all this I'll try and post more up, def feel like I needa hit the gym or bag training today, hate off days.

Why not just do lower/upper split back and forth rotating between chest/back & quad/glute&ham focus with lower to mid volume? Get to work out errry day that way

That's actually mad funny you say that, a couple of days ago I actually wrote up several different pages of training methods and took them to my new weight trainer and I flew in my fighting trainer; we looked at upper/lower splits as well as throwing in a few different things on top of a couple hours of bag training (2x a day).

I know I'm going to need one days rest and with my trensomnia, I'd love to get more than 3-4 hours sleep a night; it's crazy but past week maybe 30-45mins sleep if I'm lucky; physically not tired at all, mentally I'm getting there a bit, but not bad at all, even without a pwo my endurance and focus is still sharp.

Although my body is strongly against it, I'm fixin to throw in deads/squats again, but I know I gotta be mad careful with that ish, last thing I wanna do is completely hurt myself, I rather drop my hands and let homeboy go to town on me than to miss this fight.
