1/2 scoop or 3/4 scoop for my first try? I wanna do a full scoop haha
Second sample taken today. This time I slept well. Woke up at 1:45pm (don't judge me, I'm a manchild), performed 50 minutes of H.I.T. and it was great. I still feel fantastic and full of energy. As a thermogenic this is the real deal. Best I've tried in years. I'm still sweating now just doing small things around the house. Focus is top notch, energy is fantastic and as a precardio aid, this is the best that I've tried in years.

off!What's your tolerance to the stims like? I would say start with a 1/2 and go from there. You can always add in more the next day.
? I'm kind of a crack head. I ended up going with the 3/4 scoop and I popped some extra alpha-y cuz I'm not sure how much you guys put in the radiate. Great workout though, sweat was pouring off. Super clean energy too?
Definitely gonna try 1 full scoop tomorrow.

Half a scoop of Radiate contains more Alpha Y than most full serving Thermogenics on the market. Bet

Thank you for hooking it up fam! I will use half a scoop with my usual nonstim PW mix and do some Yin Yoga today (I usually Bikram which is much hotter...I wouldnt dare try this at Bikram without making sure it works here first). I will let you know what it adds to my average experience!

That was LIT AFFFFI was the only one sweating BALLS and straight pushed it further than the teacher (not encouraged but when you gotta crank out the extra vinyasa...YOU CRANK OUT THE EXTRA VINYASA). Its a bit too soon to run a full review and I only took 1/2 a scoop but lets just say ive been sampling some other PW with blood and shreds and I like this WAYY better. Smoother, controlled, no jitters and I just kept on going...

Day 1 using Radiate as a means to do a short burst of IF: For the first time in months if not years, I skipped breakfast without feeling dizzy, anxious or tired. All I had this morning was 1 scoop of radiate, my bcaa mix, small dose of kratom (daily 3g dose, doesn't get me high or anything really just reduces minor aches) and some unrelated natty anabolics. Except for the radiate this is what I usually have in the mornings, except if I dont eat within the hour I will start getting dizzy. In this case I cruised all the way to lunch in a great mood and energy! The only side worth noting was the fact that I could hear my heart pumping at times...not bad in itself but Ive had anxiety issues in the past and lets just say I will probably not pass the 1 scoop dose. I did have a similar shake after lunch and so far so good, im hoping this will last me until after work and my workout (lets be honest...it will).
