Get Diesel JP8X - how strong?

Hi

I have some JP8X from GET DIESEL.

the profile looks super strong, was just wondering how much stuff is in it which could affect my sleep. As we all know I dont sleep too well, was just wondering if its a bad idea to take this

Ingredient profile below. If i was taking, it would be 1 scoop max, even a half scoop

stim wise it looks pretty strong, i'd stack it with maybe agmatine to help in the ppmp department and definitely looks like you'll need more creatinebeta-alanine if you want to hit the clinical dosages.

i'd start with one scoop and see how that effects you. how late do you train?

I train at 5.30 and bed at 11 so just a little conscious it won't of worn off. What do you think ?
 
How sensitive are you to stims? The original grape jp8 would have me wired if I took it past 5 or 6. The workout would be awesome and I couldn't come down and be able to sleep until 1 in the morning. I haven't tried the new one, but I know the old one was VERY strong, people just hated the taste. But **** if something works, taste is the least of my worries.

I cant see the profile from my phone but ill go over basic stuff-

If you have trouble sleeping I would start at the lowest dose possible (half a scoop) and work UP rather than start high and work down.

You should be just fine by starting with 1 scoop and the energy is really smooth and the focus is on point. I have a lot of
experience with Get Diesel's supplements and I've been using them for a while and right now I'm logging both versions
of JP8X and this is the link to the log.

The flavor has been completely over hauled and it is DEFINITELY a much better tasting PW than the old version
and it's still a very effective PW. I'm logging both versions if you want to get a little more info on it this is the link.

I was one of the few that took the old one religiously. haha that grape was TERRIBLE but I went through THREE straight tubs...that should tell you how effective it was. Haha
 
^^ Did you ever try it? FYI if people don't know, Jpshim69 has very bad sleeping problems. I'd take 1/2 scoop no later than 2pm if I was you Josh, and stay away from the JP8x Hardcore, the old grape JP8 is pretty much the new JP8x Hardcore, you wouldn't sleep at all on that. I can take 1.5 scoops of JP8x (any version) at 2pm and sleep fine, but then again I got 2 sleep at midnight regularly.

Trying a scoop today as it's Friday and bed time is irrelevant . Best on an empty stomach?
 
I would take on semi empty stomach, but if you train at anytime besides AM, your on a semi-empty stomach. I'd not take it with a big meal, but I take mine preworkout with an apple.
