Any other specific questions I'll be happy to answer. Oh, and it's definitely legit. Even though I'm in a deficit I hit a 445 deadlift (previous best was 430 before the cycle) and 195 x 9 on bench press this week (before cycle i was struggling with 185 x 3 lmao....Today I hit 145 x 2 and then a single of 150 on OHP. Before Cycle I was at 125 x 4 (after the heavy ones today I did 115 x 5, 120 x 5, 125 x 5 after)
Let's see....Weight has stayed around 172-174 but my waist size has gone down about half an inch and arms have grown a quarter of an inch.
