Alan will be working at the Genomyx booth at the Arnold this year with Matt, Smitty, and NPC Figure champion Katelyn Aseltine...

If you see him, we ask that you please try and calm him down.

Like massaging a kittie's ears, he can be subdued through song or tasty treats made with Glycemyx, or you can try to massage his ears...
