Generic Labz Cycle!

So here is where I currently stand. I am 23 years old. I worked out for about 2 years, got frustrated and quit for about 4 months and got fat. I started lifting again july first, and planned on cutting down, slowly to try to maintain muscle.
I went from weighing 197 to as of saturday 178.5. I am 5'10", and am finally starting to look decently cut. My abs are comming in, but cant be seen w/o flexing them.
I have been taking 50mg of ephedra a day, and was thinking of maintaining my diet till I am pretty much in contest shape.
I eat 6 meals a day. meal 1: 1 cup of oats and grapes and whey protein w/ fat free milk 8oz. meal 2: 1 cup of brown rice w/ chicken breast and broceli, meal 3: 1 cup of brown rice w/ broceli and a can of tuna. meal 4: yams and 99%lean ground turkey. Meal 5:fish & 1 slice of wheat bread w/ natty pb. Meal 6: extra lean steak with a side salad.
To get down to my question, I really like the sound of generic lab supplements. I bought mega-trn yesterday, just to buy it haha. I was wondering which products you guys recomend that I should take. My goals are I would love to be between 185-200 ripped. I dont know which products I should take now, or if I should keep cutting down and then take the supplements. or if I should take zol and tren now, and help me cup, and then take phera-max. What do you guys think? I also want to take the safest/ most healthy route. I am getting my blood work done next week as well
