General process for a return?

Hey, just wanted to ask a quick question (never had to in the past) but what is the proper process to have a product returned if something went wrong with it?

Is it just send an email explaining the issue then waiting for a response?

Or, is it, PM'n one of the reps here?

Send an mail wait for a response. They might ask for a picture of the product if it's damaged or leaked. You can just take a phone pic and email it. Then they will often send you a return label to slap on a box and you have to ship the product back to the sender then they send you the new product
