Hi,

In your opinion which are the really really good must have supplements/ingredients regarding general health?

I know there aren´t any miraculous supplements but besides the common multivitamins, omega 3, etc, theres any supplement/ingredient that really shines in that department?

I think epicatechin is a good general health supplement.

I like epicatechin but I wouldn't consider it a general health supp. I would say a good multi, fish oil, omegas, joint supplement, extra vitamin C, b complex, extra vitamin D, CLA are all good general health everyday supps.

Really? (-)-epicatechin > multi vitamin every day of the week.

Turmeric curcumin, green tea, Vit C & D, Calcium/Zinc/Magnesium. I use all these regularly for periods of time. I find them very beneficial for joints and the immune system.

multi if you don't eat a varied diet, otherwise some like an AIO product such as the new CreMax Xt or E9 along with joint support if you need it. I tend to cook with a lot of spices / turmeric / curcumin / cinnamon and drink tons of tea, so I don't count them as supplements but rather food
