Ok guys. This is my first thread. The questions at hand relate to how much prohormone you should take by weight.
1) Every body responds differently but in general will a heavier person need more of a prohormone than a lighter person? Also, how does LBM figure into this.
2) Specifically, a question about M1T: I have a friend that will be training for a meet. At 5’ 10 308lbs he is easily the strongest guy in the gym. 6 years off the juice . How much M1T should he start out on.?
Most of you guys start with 5 or 10 mg the first few days/week and then up it according to gains/ sides you are experiencing. But I’m wondering if my buddy could or should start at 20mg and go up or down from there?
He will also be try 5AA during his last couple of weeks.
[font="]Last but not least I am more concerned with the first question than the second. I don’t know his bf%. And he will be responsible for his own knowledge base and pct. Which I imagine will be fine based on our discussions and his previous experiences with AAS.
Thanks in advance for the info and staying on topic.
