Do the research, put together a plan for a cycle, post plan, then ask for suggestions and critiques. I have put about 4 months of research into my first cycle. I asked to have my plan reviewed in many a forum. And after many revisions I'm content with it and so are the guys with experience. That's how you have to do is. Fishing for answers will not get you anything.
 
Ok thanks alot guys. I'm studying up on the matter. It was suggested by a trusted friend that I do test and winny but we haven't discussed any pct. I'm suppose to get with him next weekend
 
Trusted friend or not, post it here or in a forum you trust. My "trusted friend wanted me to run h-drol 50/50/50/50 with no SERM". Not only would I have gotten no gains but I would have not fully understood what it takes to run a PH without pro support
