Personally, Id just stick with berberine. Easier to dose the amount you want, and likely cheaper than buying a multi-compound product. Its typically the main hitter there anyway. It has multiple "health" benefits.

SNS just restocked their Glycophase - for whats in a capsule you can find it at great price.

This would be my recommendation as well... GQ covered the majority of the benefits (which in a comprehensive product like this are far more than just "cheat meals" and such). For me personally, I use a GDA through any higher calorie times of the year simply for the nutrient partitioning effects as well as to help with food volume (I usually do IF so I eat very large quantities at one sitting) digestion and "passing" haha.

Personally this is one category that I don't go without in my house. The food pumps alone are worth it (for the vanity haha)

@Ayegee1503 - just FYI, I googled what they make and while its not awful, its a VERY cheap formula and frankly anything that doesn't have berberine in it is going to be far inferior to most of the other major ones out there... Berberine is the one ingredient I would not skip in a GDA as its been proven to be as strong or stronger than even prescription metformin for blood glucose control. If this isn't a $15 product, save your money and get something better

Metformin is my personal preference although I also take berberine and bitter melon extract.....multiple health benefits, reduces glycemic variability significantly and off sets the insulin resistance issues from the gh/gh peptides I take.

yes they work.....
