GDA timing relative to Resistance Training?

I am curious as to knowledgeable folks thinking:

i) does resistance training already facilitate the requisite insulin sensitivity, and it makes sense to potentially use GDAs at a different time (ie not prior to post-workout carbs)
ii) or is there potentially an additive/ synergistic effect?

So ... what are these GDAs for? to better absorb what we eat, first of all carbohydrates, correct?

So when should GDA be taken? 20-30 minutes before a meal, however containing carbohydrates (for the quantities left alone, it would take a separate chapter).

In the meal that precedes a workout, it is recommended to take a GDA? In my opinion, yes!!!

In the meal after training, it is recommended to take a GDA? absolutely not!!! (even here it would take a separate chapter to explain it)

So where are the doubts?

Every day on the forum there are dozens and dozens of posts on the GDA ... ok, they work, but it seems that there is little clarity ... someone could make a single post where he explains everything about the GDA ???
