GDA for bulking?

Agreed with the above. Slinmax is an awersome product that you can use for bulk.
 
Used slinmax a few times and it's great if you want to go heavy on the carbs, agmatine useful also before big carb meal to induce killer pumps
 
Fourth? Fifth? recommendation for Slinmax. I think bulking is actually the best time to use a GDA. They can be helpful during a cut, but when you're eating more carbs a GDA makes a huge difference. Slinmax would be a great choice

Gdas can be a great help when bulking (IMO this is when they’re MOST useful). Sns glycophase (recently updated) is one of the most comprehensive and wel doses on the market.
 
SNS or Redcon1 are both amazing, the hype around Primeval's was just hype, I used it plenty of times, nothing special, id take RPG or Glycophase or Predator over it any day

I have 2 jars of Glycophase and I'm using 2 caps before breakfast which is usually my post workout
meal about 45min to an hour after my post workout protein shake. My breakfast usually consists of
about 70 gm of carbs so I haven't yet ventured into more than 2 caps but I might experiment soon
with 3 caps then maybe 4 if I feel I need it. I've used other brands of GDA's over the years with some
being better than others so I'll see how I like this version over the last verson Glycophase.:)
 
I personally just use Apple Cider Vinegar in the mornings (Slows insulin spikes) then i just use Ceylon cinnamon on most my foods ie oats etc (Insulin Mimecker) lucky if both these cost a £5 for a months worth. Cheap and effective. Anything with Agmatine just raises my appetite far too much and berberine needs to be taken away from workouts as it can inhibit protein synthesis. If your looking to save then these are cheap and good options
 
How would you guys' dose MassMax and a GDA during a bulk?

MassMax 2 with your pre workout meal and 2 with your meal highest in protein.

SlinMax 10-20 minutes before a carb rich meal.

I do this, along with using GDAs. ACV in the morning, no matter what, ACV before meals with carbs, and ACV at night, before bed, regardless of carbs. Cinnamon on everything, I love the stuff.
 
Yes. This would make it a cleaner bulk as long as the foods you are choosing are designed to keep you lean as well. These will aid in shuttering nutrients to the body.
 
Another vote for ACV all around the day. Just a solid staple

What kind of 'dose' of ACV and the Ceylon Cinnamon do you use and with what timing? Ty...

I take around a 15-20ml shot or so? Just a small chug from the bottle tbh. Cinnamon. They say 7g is a very effective dose. I would just spread a decent amount through out the day. I use around 2-3g on oats.. 2g in Yoghurts etc. I even put cinnamon on toast & sweet potatoes etc. I love the stuff so i almost overdose at times lol.. Remember to buy Ceylon cinnamon. Cassia cinnamon has an additon that overtime in large amounts will actually raise liver enzymes as its slightly toxic. Ceylon has only trace amounts and won't cause issues.

Yes before meals or even when you first wake up and just have one before bed also. The taste is pretty vile but just chug back some water or juice after the shot and think of alllllll those health benefits
 
Im c********ing right now with SlinRX (gymnemna,cinnamon,berberine,R-ALA,banaba) and some other goodies. Gained 2Kg but seems like I lost fat at the midsection.
Doing 20min slow cardio after each session. Its alot harder to gain weight on a GDA atleast for me, but it seems like the weight it spread out good on the body

You are probably not in the usa, but does anyone know where to buy this in bulk cheap, I really never notice this at the grocery store

Apple Cider Vinegar is generally found in most grocery stores. Usually 32oz bottle I believe. Ceylon Cinnamon is going to be more of a Whole Foods type option, but I haven’t seen this readily available in bulk. Probably a google search would yield something
 
Most GDA ingredients are going to drive carbs to adipose and muscle, so be weary of that. Very few ingredients (agmatine, TUDCA off the top of my head) will assist more with driving carbs to muscle tissue over adipose
 
MassMax + SlinMax is a really nice combo. Dosing has already been mentioned. SlinMax has 750mg of Agmatine per serving (2 caps).

No not necessarily that. just asking how long the first dose (2 caps) will stay in my system for. Like 1-5 hours?

I mean you could look up the half life of each ingredient if you wanted.

Don't forget an old classic. Chromium Picolinate. This supplement is pennys and is also effective. Everywhere sells it

Just dose before each carb meal? Just don't take any post workout. Your body is already primed for your muscle to take up glucose very easily and you want that big insulin spike anyway post workout. So i would do a couple caps at breakfast and maybe a cap or 2 at dinner?

I think on Amazon it’s about $15-20/lb, so around $.56-$.75/gram here stateside, so nearly the same as what you’re getting it for in the UK. I just haven’t seen it readily available in a supermarket (granted, haven’t looked super hard either)

I just mean some people think (probably due to how products are marketed) that by taking a GDA or a product that enhances nutrient partitioning, that all those calories they’re slamming are heading straight to muscle tissue.

In reality, sensitivity is probably behind increased for muscle AND adipose tissue.

I’m not at all saying this is bad, or these type of products should be avoided, just simply ensuring we’re all on the same page.

We developed glycophase to be an effective GDA for all situations and focused on driving nutrients to muscle tissue. Na-R-ALA and Saffron are excellent for both of these purposes
