If you have used any products containing fenugreek, you have used 4-OH Isoleucine, albeit in a very, very low percentage. Slintensity contains an 80% extract, so you don't have to worry about the diverse and other undesirable properties of fenugreek. It definitely is a unique extract that makes Slintensity what it is.

For sure. Ill be dosing pre bed and atThe occasional large carb meal that isn't within a couple hours post work out

Between Slintensity and SSv2? They offer different attributes. Slintensity is a stronger GDA than SSv2, especially great for damage protocol on those nights you decide to go heavy on the carbohydrates. I like the Na-R-Ala in SSv2 and it offers some nice general health benefits, too.

The slintensity is cheaper (np), but I would get one of each and feel it out for yourself.
Personally I have only tried slintensity (and na-ra-la with agmatine and alcar), but have slinsane v2 on the way!

I would recommend trying both too. They have similar ingredients for about half and then the other half is different and makes each unique in a good way. I've only used ssv2 and think its great. Wish I woulda picked up more bottles than I did when it was cheaper. Also I've been dosing prebed lately and am looking as lean as ever. Excited to see what the high quality 4-oh in slintensity does for me. The value at like 17 bucks for a bottle is insane!
