Notes: Home scale may be a bit wonky. Skipped the Thyrogen-X a second day, and on the following morning no headache. But I noteably changed a few things:
- I've been real tired the last few days, and took this day as a refeed day.
- I ate before going to bed. Normally I do not eat at least 3 hours prior to bed.
- I skipped my ALCAR L-Ornithine nighttime cocktail, as it is only good on an empty stomach. (I have taken this since Jan. with no headaches, for slight GH boost. Who knows, could be the combination of this and TX).

I think the headaches are related as I still have them. Have you had any real loss or leaning?
 
I seem to have some leaning and gains - I'm so close to 30 days now I'm gonna wait for the pics. I'll also take measurements.

Notes:Chest/Triceps/Abs. Took Thyrogen-X again. Worked lighter on Chest and Tricep exercises, 12 reps with most exercises. Felt good after the refeed day, and felt like I got a good workout in.

Notes: Legs day. Had to work quick - only one set per exercise after warmup. Don't know about calories, I was out of town for a job until 10, didn't get to log, and there is no nutritional info for the restaraunt I was at. Don't think I can even provide a good guesstimate so I'll leave it out. Had a mild headache in the morning.

Notes: Back/Rear Delt/Biceps. Headache in the morning again, worse than yesterday. Did a lighter workout with back as well, sets of 10-12 reps, not at the RM. Workout felt good, had pretty good pump.

(I enter the logs the following day - on day 30, my headache wasn't as bad this morning, mild like day 28).
 
One more day Gator, then I look forward to your final review, aside from the headaches I hope you did gain some benefits from TX.

Notes: HIIT Tabata sprints for cardio. Again the headache in the morning was mild. Taking two days off seemed to alleviate the headaches I started to experience.
 
30-day review:
I certainly gained in the 30 day period. I think I hit my ongoing goal pretty well, to re-comp my body. I had pretty good gains in strength while getting a little more defined.
I think the Thyrogen-X helped out, it was really around the second week or so where I noticed myself looking more defined in the gym. My pumps feel fuller, and I can see more mass and definition in my chest. That is also after I started getting headaches, which I *think* was from the Thyrogen-X, but let me stress that I am not sure. The headaches really started to be a drag on my workouts, and I started losing motivation. It did also seem like my appetite ramped up a bit, especially on my days off. Would I take it again? I'll leave that answer for day 40, to get a better idea about the headaches *for me*. Funny thing is my legs look like they had good progress, despite my knees feeling bad and going lighter, specifically slightly lighter weight without 100% effort. I can see some more separation in my quads too - I can start to see the teardrop which wasn't too visible before. Hopefully I can get bodyfat measurements tomorrow.

It's harder to see the extra mass that I mentioned in my chest from my photos, which I took relaxed, a day after working out before TX and two days after working out post TX. Here is the before and after:
