Gaspari Size On

Ive heard alot about this creatine product, but it is real expensive when compared to something like Green Mag. Is it worth the price or just overhyped?

I do not like it. taste is not that great, and does not set well with me for some reason. I love Gaspari products but would never buy size on again, would not take the lemon flavor if it was given to me. I got a couple samples of green mag and love it

I've used it a couple of times and liked it well enough. I've always used the punch and don't mix it with as much water as they suggest or drink it when they suggest either. I always just mix it in 6-8oz of water at most, and throw it back quick after my workout. Can not sip it during personally. Also, to be honest I do believe there are better creatine products out there as a whole. As far as Size On goes... not bad, but bulk Creatine Mono and Creatine Gluco would be cheaper and just as effective.

I'm actually looking to try Trinitine from Omega Sports here shortly.

It's way overpriced and has too many empty carbs, IMO. Plus, I'm a little leary of Gaspari right now since their Novedex XT was recently recalled due to it containing controlled substances.

Say what! Do you have a link with this information?

but these formulas are supposed to be more than just monohydrate

if u want to try size on Id wait for size on v2 which is coming out soon, theres a no carb version aswell and both versions have whey hydrosolate i think. green mag, storm, and trinitine are good aswell.

"Supposed" is the key word there - there is no proof, only speculation that any other creatine is better than monohydrate. CEE was purported as "better" for years and has now been found to be much less bioavailable than monohydrate. So why not go with the one that has been time proven, is cheap, and scientifically known to be effective?

Personal preference. Monohydrate would be a waste of money for me since I don't respond to it. Green Mag is tried and true for me.
