Gaspari Novedex XT Log let's get ripped!

Well well well, that flu bug has run through the whole house and really left the wife and I spent. I don't know what is more exhausting, having the flu or taking care of kids sick with the flu. I'll be in the gym in the morning tomorrow. Going to take it real light. Still no cardio- as even light house work is taking a lot out of me.

Going to do some squats and leg assessories. Wish me luck.

Novedex does not seem to interfere with recovery from illness at all, but the whole thing has left any progress I may have made pretty cloudy. I've lost weight (down to 188 this morning) but would attribute that to really crappy eating habits while sick. I tried to do a self assessment in the mirror yesterday and I don't look too bad but couldn't get an angle or lighting that made me feel like getting a pic.

Light squats on Friday were a grind. I've never been laid so low by an illness.

Struggled with weight I usually toss around.

Have been slowly building up my endurance with jogging the past two days. As of this morning I feel like I'm getting my wind back. Finally.

Today I'm brewing a beer with 1700 lbs of malt (that's dry, once mashed it will nearly double in weight) and that will be a workout in of itself.

My recovery from that flu has been horrendous. I came down with a secondary infection in my lungs that required antibiotics and more rest. Getting back on this has been tough but I will do it. Had to stop all Supps for a week just get back to baseline.

This workout was hell, moving a lot less weight and feeling weak.

I will be making slow progress. Jumping back on the Novedex today.
 
Holy crap man, you've been through the ringer.. hope you feel at least a little better now. Glad that you got a workout in!
 
I have 5 days left on my first box of Novedex XT. So I think it's as good a time as any to do an observation of its effects.

My health and diet have been pretty whacked during this log but I still notice some real world benefits to this stuff and plan to continue using it as I get tighter for summer. (I have that extra box)

Test booster effects and score will follow

Libido: 10/10 I find it interesting that this product has such a positive effect on my libido considering that it is a suicide AI and I always thought crushing estrogen led to a lack of sex drive. Not the case here, not for me at least. I can't even glance at a woman in the gym without feeling "on"

Strength: 8/10 Genuine increases were had early in the cycle. My illness that happened around day 15 really slowed everything down. But I am back on track now. The lifts that unnoticed the biggest bounce in was OHP and Bench. Reps went up in the last working sets which was a plus.

Endurance: 7/10 Didn't notice a huge bump here, but continued use could change that.

Water loss: 10/10 This was the most noticeable effect and it came on quick. Even when I ceased use for about a week while I was sick, once I was back on it caused a noticeable increase in vascularity and tightness. AND IT HAPPENS FAST! This would make this product invaluable for someone during the final phase of a cut.

Can't believe it's almost wrapping up time already. Very cool report on libido. I would think the same with a suicide AI, but I think the moderate dosing of 2 pills per day just dramatically reduces E instead of crashes it. Gotta say that the water loss and hardening effect was the biggest thing that I noticed as well. Great overview of the product, thank you!

Feeling stronger than I have in weeks. Skipped flat bench today will include next push session.

Post workout meal:
4oz Turkey breast
2oz Black beans
Low carb tortilla
Sriracha

350 cals 45 grams protien.

I'm with you on the libido boost (and the strength increases) it's probably the one thing I have noticed the most (and really enjoy) is that my drive is back to where I would always like it to be. Any supplement that can do that for (at my age) is a winner in my book.

Finally starting to get back to numbers that I am not embarrassed to post. It was demoralizing how much strength I lost from being sick. Now for the rebound.

Still dosing 1 cap in the early morning and one around 5pm (about 12 hours apart)

Squats:
Bar x15 WU
135x10
185x8
225x5x3
245x2
255x2

Barbell lunges:
115x10x3 per side

Single leg press:
2PPS x10x3

Farmers walk with 70lb dumbs
4 laps around the track completed individually.

Standing calf press:
2 plates x10x3

Chin-ups:
4 sets to failure not sure on total reps.

Feeling much stronger. The next couple weeks should be fun.
 
Hows the new Novedex XT Gorgoroth?

Also wanted to know if you can get a testosterone blood test done for those of us who want to see how much Novedex XT really boosts test levels? This blood test would justify how it compares to the original Novedex XT.

This study in the link below shows that in 2007 the original Novedex XT in 8 weeks increased total testosterone 283% and free testosterone 625% which is completely amazing. If the new Novedex XT of 2017 can compete with the old version it would be a great test booster.
