when my ship used to go on a cruise everyone [close to 6000] would get a chit to buy 1 gallon of alcohol duty free. when we got back from cruise all the alcohol would be on the hanger bay. you had to collect the booze and leave the ship with it. since most of us lived on the ship we would all go to hotels. those were some of the craziest parties you could ever imagine, bathtubs full of every kind of booze, just go from room to room with your go cup...since the navy guaranteed that we would pay for all damages out of our pay the hotels just let us rock the place--four mattresses on the ground and jumping off 3rd floor balcony was pretty normal, ozzy and motley crue had nothing on us, lol.

I would bet they have cracked down on that stuff now, this was back in the 70's...as long as you weren't using drugs the navy let us drink like a fish--hell they used to use part of the captains mast fines to throw beer and bbq parties, even the officers were drunken fools....this was before political correctness ruined everything....Ronald Reagan believed in letting the military let off steam, lol.

Damn that makes me want to join the Navy hahaha! I love drinking but no can do when trying to get ripped. Havnt had a sip in a month now, which i find accomplishing as a 23 year old who is still young, dumb and full of cum as they say.

10x10 overhead press behind the back is so much fun. Literally skin splitting pump!

Just ate two chickens, might start flying around sometime soon. Once I can breathe again and my food baby has passed ill do some abs.


Heres another funny story that happened around this house. My buddy in this video a few years back got too intoxicated at our Formal and somehow managed to find himself in this trashcan for 4 hours.

So got a question for ya'll, i know that a large part of the shape of your muscles is genetic, but i cant seem to make my upper middle chest pop. Ive tried loads of different exercises, and at one point only did incline for a year, and still nothing up top.

Anyone got any secrets? Yes i am squeezing and contracting the muscle, my chest is way oversized compared to the rest of my body.

Please help a brotha out!

The most truthful and sad answer I can give you is just as you mentioned, genetics. But I do know that many people asking the same question have benefitted from doing low-to-high cable crossovers as it hits those fibers almost directly.

Have you tried high cable crossovers with arms coming in at angles. What I mean is your arms will come in at different angles. So where you'll normally do them has arms basically traveling the same path towards each other and then crossing one arm over the other alternate between reps. This way your arms are never running on the same arc. They'll still cross but when left comes in high right will come in from an altered angle say low. And vice versa. But pin positions will still both be high. This splits my chest in two. Any ? Ask if I'm not explaining very well

Maybe ill try hitting that before benching, and do strictly incline from now on. Its honestly like the bottom and top of my chest is underdeveloped compared to the center and outside... If that makes any sense at all.
 
Great log so far man. Glad your staying dedicated to your diet and your training even at school (because I'm sure that's very hard to do). And just keep building muscle. Don't worry too much on targeting small areas of your physique. As you build muscle, and muscle maturity starts to set in those areas will begin to "pop" and harden up. I used to make that mistake as well (my lats aren't flaring .... 100 sets of Lat Pulldowns, etc.) and then I realized over time just hitting it hard and heavy and consistantly, things began to take shape.

It's a marathon, not a race. So just slow and steady and consistency. Best of luck man and anxious to see how your log finishes out.

Bro I thought you were looking to get that horizontal split that comes out between upper and lower.

For upper work, although basic just go heavy on the barbell incline first in your workout, then come back after a round of something else and do heavy 6-8 range of db inclines. As for bottom most would say decline but I'm not s fan of that. Dips are what I do but to be honest not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for. The machine decline is good too.

Final thing, try push-ups from the incline and decline positions. Hopefully these tips help. But again you e prob tried these. Anyhow best of luck

Its a challenge to stick with my diet, my friends try to get me to smoke pot and drink every night and I have to decline and listen to their bull**** for 20 minutes. In the end, ill be the one ripped and they'll be fat, so that mentality keeps me strong.

Looking really dry, im loving this. Arm day was a success! Finally on week two, lets see what the next two brings!

Day 17:
Im still alive, so thats a good sign. Cant wait for diesel test to come in tomorrow, I need the pick me up and I'm trying to avoid stims as I was showing signs of adrenal fatigue at the end of august.

Didn't do any deadlifts, but got a solid back workout in nonetheless.

Cranked out another good session of HIIT on the bikes, and its certainly working well with me. Alongside with the abdominal workouts, I feel like my stomach is starting to lean out. Wednesday is supposed to be off day, but will go for a run tomorrow and focus on more core.
