Gaspari AnaVite Vs Controlled Labs Orange Triad.

Orange triad. Much more of a complete formula and a 45 day serving is worth every penny. Rarely do I need additional joint support because the extras in OT.

I've been using OT for 2 years strait

Wont ever switch

I like both and alternate between them. They're both good multis IMO. Anavite is more geared towards performance, with the added BA and LCLT. I use Anavite on an ArA cycle (or like currently while on an Osta cycle). I use OT other times.

Orange Triad every damn day

Have joint issues in my knee - tendonitis. Have tried fish oil, glucosamine and chodittrin with no improvement

considering getting some Cissus + Anavaite. Is OT strong enough as a stand alone joint supplement to handle tendonitis or am I better off getting specific joint/tendon supplements and a cheaper multivit?

Yea orange triad gets my vote. Good joint formula in it as well.

Question please: What dose are you guys using? 6 caps of OT per day or are you all using a lower dose? At 6 caps you can use my urine for a yellow dye marker in ocean rescue! Lol

I break it into two doses of three caps. You could even go three doses of two caps if you wanted. Then it would kind of be in your system all day.

Six caps. 3 in the AM and 3 in the PM.

I should have said in my OP, the only time I do not use OT is if I use ArA.

Its at such good doses I know guys only dosing 2/2 and in love with it Lasts 2 months

The key with most of these supps is consistency in taking them. For chronic pain, I've found that you need more than just supps to solve the problem (NSAIDs, corrective exercises, PT, ect) as there's not really a catch all. Throwing in some cissus wouldn't hurt.

This is strictly anecdotal, and just one dude's experience...but I used to have some pretty serious shoulder issues. Since I've been taking OT (3 tabs, 2x per day), my shoulder hasn't bothered me anywhere near as much as it used to, and my bench/shoulder-press weights have gone way up in the last 2 years! I really don't think it's placebo, either.
