Has anyone tried this product (contains omega 3; vitamins a, b, d and k;bacopa; ps; and vinpocetne)? With all this talk lately about vitamins, I was thinking about just taking it (instead of a multi) with zma.

Over price dosage to low for many composition here it is not at all really an replace for multi if that what you look for. For fish oil go to Nordic Naturals or Carlson

Thank you for the response. I was thinking this (along with zma) might be sufficient to cover any vitamins/minerals that might be lacking from my diet (which includes multiple servings of fruits and vegetables). It is lacking many of the vitamins that are in a basic multivitamin. However, I'm not sure many of those (and especially in the doses they provide) are necessary as long as I have a well rounded diet. I consider the bacopa, ps and vinpocetine in it an added bonus as I like the effects each have provided in the past.
