The Most Frequently Asked Questions for G Fuel

Q: What is G Fuel?
A: G Fuel is an all-natural energy drink that was born out of Gamma Labs PTF. It is designed specifically to fill the void for an alternative healthy energy drink for gamers by gamers. Not to mention, it's a great all-natural alternative to sugar loaded carbonated energy drinks, and can be used outside of gaming whenever you need a boost. G Fuel comes in three flavors; Fruit Punch, Lemon Lime, and Blue Ice.

Q: How do you drink it?
A: G Fuel comes in powder form (either in 40 serving tubs or single-serving stick packs) and must be mixed with water. It is NOT a bar or a pre-bottled energy drink. To make G Fuel, simply add a single scoop or a single stick pack to a glass, bottle, or one of our official Gamma Labs Shaker Cups, add in 10-12 oz. of water, shake/stir, and enjoy!

Q: How long does it take to work and how long does it last?
A: It'll take about 10-15 minutes for it to kick in and depending on the how many servings you take, it can last up to 4-5 hours.

Q: This sounds too good to be true, is it safe even for people under the age of 16?
A: The answer is yes. It is completely safe for everyone to drink. Our products are all all-natural, and contain zero banned substances. They are also sugar free, and packed with antioxidants. It is important to mention that G Fuel is a stimulant and does contain caffeine, which some parents may not like their children having. If you are under the age of 16 years old, and want to try G Fuel, we recommend that you ask for your parents' permission first!

Q: What are the nutritional facts and differences between the PTF and G Fuel?
A: Gamma Labs created G Fuel in part as a response to critics saying the PTF should be taken as a pre-workout only. As a result, we removed the creatine and arginine (the primary pumping agents in the PTF) and increased the energy complex tyrosine from 500mg to 1000mg. We also increased the amount of antioxidants from 200ml to 650ml (that's over 3x as much!!). For a more in-depth comparison click here.

Q: Do you ship internationally? If so, how much does it cost?
A: Yes we do! In fact, we ship our products out to countries all over the world on a daily basis. Standard international shipping rates usually cost somewhere between $10-$15. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery!

My stats and routine: 5'10" 193lbs, 4 days high volume bro split, bulking at 3500-4000 calories a day.

Solid leg day today will be going for 3x8@305 next week. Took 2 packets of Blue Ice Gfuel about 20 minutes before I started to warm up today. It mixed up nicely and I enjoyed the flavor. I will most likely be taking 2 packets every time because I like between 300-400mg of caffeine pre workout and 2 servings has 300mg so it's perfect. Definitely looking forward to seeing how the energy holds up as this log progresses. Overall had good energy throughout the workout and got some nice sets in on squats.

Quick easy shoulders day, still getting used to trying to get the most out of 3 worksets on this exercise. I was going to go with 120 again this week and try to push the sets up to 8 reps, but I could only find one 2.5lb plate. I searched all over and finally conceded to try with 125. Later I found a cache of them hidden behind some 35s on the smith machine. 6 at 125 is a PR for standing though, so the day went pretty good. I did more on the HS than I ever have too, haven't used that machine since I started pressing. Didn't use full rom on it though, was really just concentrating on keeping the muscles under tension.

Thursdays I don't have my training partner. It is usually just a day to hit shoulders and check out girls in the gym. Today I just used 1 serving of the Gfuel and it wasn't too strong or anything, I could definitely see this being a good drink for throughout the day or whenever you need a little extra kick.

A decent workout coming off of my Holiday hiatus. Got an Xbox 360 for Christmas and have been rocking the new Black Ops. I even tried a couple g-fuel on my off time considering one of it's uses is gaming I had to check it out. I definitely saw gains in my kill to death ratio and the flavor is definitely good enough to sip on, it tastes just like a blue raspberry dum dum sucker IMO. Energy was good for today's workout as well. I'm looking forward to a real heavy chest day on Monday.

Really crappy workout today, my original goal was to get 220x8x3 on bench but I went with 215 in an attempt to make sure I got all the reps. Unfortunately I didn't even come close. I gotta admit every ****ty workout makes me a little less motivated to go back to the gym, hopefully squats will go better on Wednesday than bench did today.

Seated Calf Raise 80@135 I really wanted 100 reps but the calves were burning something fierce here.

Used 2 servings of G-fuel today, the weight wasn't as heavy as usual but the workout was still quite a smoker. Gonna adjust my calories some and really kick it into high gear for the rest of my bulk next week.

2 scoops of G-fuel today did the trick perfectly today. Nice sustained energy through the workout (about 1.75 hours) Was really working on controlling the weight and working the intended muscles. My training partner really helps keep me in check if I start just trying to throw the weight around. It's nice to be reminded that the numbers don't really matter unless you are a competitive powerlifter. My main goal is size and physique, yet I always get caught up with the weight, so it helps me stay focused on my goals for sure.

Finally dominated a workout the way I feel like I should. Slept great and started eating more and everything seems to magically fall back into place, funny how that works. I'm enjoying the G-fuel and am sad that I only have a few packs left enough for a couple workouts. Overall I have been a big fan of the flavor and the versatility of the product.

A really solid workout today, had to force myself to stop. 2 scoops of g fuel today worked quite well, I had an all around great workout. I have 2 packs left for Monday, I will have my next workout and final review up after that. Overall I have enjoyed this product quite a bit.

A solid workout today except for the fact that I had to skip my 3rd set of squats, I did something to the my right lower back (which is normally my good side). I unracked it for set 3 and just had to put it back down and bow out. Hopefully it will feel better by next leg day. Took my last servings of G-fuel today and had good energy, I just wish my by back was 100%. Overall I have really enjoyed this product.

This was a solid and versatile product in my opinion. From the gym to the xbox g fuel gets the job done. Taste was great, just like a blue raspberry dum dum to me. It always mixes up well and kicks in shortly after. I've had some really solid days using this despite some slip ups in diet, rest, etc. This is definitely a product that works well for a PWO or just an drink for a boost of energy. I think that the taste is one of the best renditions of blue raspberry that I've ever had in a supplement, it is one of my fav flavors and it is nice when it is done well. I would recommend this product for sure. Thanks again to Gamma Labs and The Fugitive.
