Ok, I read the book and what do they mean by this?

Week 1: 15, 12 WORKOUT A
Week 2: 15, 12, 10 WORKOUT B
Week 3: 15, 12, 10, 8 WORKOUT A
Week 4: 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 WORKOUT B

15, 12, 10, 8, 6???

Are they saying each week you will add 1 more set to each exercise in that group? The number is the reps?
 
im guessing you start off with two workouts A and B both different exercises and you slowly progress the amount of sets sounds decent could work.
