Gakic Hardcore

I got half a bottle from my friend, and I just wanted to hear what you guys think about it. One of my other friends got some significant gains from it but everyone knows about Muscletech's reputation. So any info would be nice

Regular Gakic was the best non-hormonal supp for strength i've taken. It's legit in that front.

No won't retain fat. Again it's aimed at increasing strength.

I've been a big fan of Gakic ... and just recently tried Gakic Hardcore.

Best advice is, take it easy ... this stuff has significant amounts of Niacin, and about 3 cups of coffee worth of caffeine. First time I took it was before a 5am workout ... I took 8 caps, and still had trouble sleeping that night (17 hours later!)
