Gains on epistane?

No kidding! chemical names are similar, the dosage is the same and they claim to do the same, so I'm going to try that Trione for my next PCT. :head:

Have some more questions id figure id ask. For the ones that took epi were you also loosing some fat along with bulking? I have a few extra lbs that I need to get rid of. And if you were losing fat were you dieting to lose it or did it just come off? What was your diet like while you were on epi.

i highly doubt epistane will make you lose fat...if you're looking for fat loss...then look to your diet...and then clen/alb/thyroid hormones. the only gear seems to be tren

furthermore, i have ate a very well balanced diet on epistane (the same exact diet off epistane) and my body fat has remained the same...leading me to believe it doesn't effect body fat

That sux, dude. I strained a muscle on the back of my neck and was out 2 weeks. I just finally got to lift again yesterday!

Also, was planning on starting cycle a week from Monday, and now my pct and 1 other component of it are going to be delayed a while in getting to me, so I'm pushing it back 3-4 weeks. :mad:

as for your goals (losin some fat) youll need to adjust your diet to accomplish that, make sure to get enough GOOD cals from good sources and in the correct ratio and you wont have a problem.... if you cant do that allready then no need to take epi.

zol and trn don't even come close to the effect of winstrol and trenbolone...so dont be mistaken that theyre almost just as good

they may help you harden up as others have claimed...but neither of them did anything for me in the past

well, it's always all about diet...or at least it should be.

obviously zol and trn aren't the same as wini and tren. the same could be said for any ph vs. the steroid it's meant to mimick. that goes without saying, but if his thread is on epistane, i'm inclined to think he wants to go the route of ph, and not full on pin usage. in which case, zol and trn are his best options for cutting.

I personally have run this stack twice with good results. hardened muscles, reduced body fat and a slight increase in weight, despite a tight diet. Is it ideal? No, you're right about that, it's not. I'm about to have a 3rd go, mixing in Albuterol and T4 (or at least I am if my T4 and PCT supplies ever arrive), which I think will have a much stronger effect. If I ever do get to start I'll put up a thread on it.
 
what would be your cycle plans??? if it were me id go TRN for 3 weeks overlap week 4 and start Epi and Zol and run them for 4 weeks..... 7 total, A BIT LONG but you could prob shorten it to 6 weeks only run epi 3 @ high dose (40mg ed) and start the zol week 3 instead and have a bang up cycle

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't run the TRN and Epi simultaneously (my liver aches just thinking about it!), however, and I know I've said this before, but I love the TRN/Zol combo.

Why not just run a steady six weeks of Zol at no more than 150mg starting alongside the first 3 weeks of TRN and ending with the 3 weeks of Epi? You could even really start with 100mg the first week, if you wanted, though I've found I could take 150 right out of the gates with no prob.

Damn, now you got me thinking... :think:
 
i have not completed a cycle of any of these three (epi, trn, zol). would i be better off splitting them up for a couple different cycles or just going for an all out six weeker starting with trn and zol which will get my strength up and ending with zol and epi to pack on the pounds with the strength i gained from trn?
 
check out my thread i answered your question over there, turns out what i suspected would be a great stack may be better applied with different supps stacked in, and some taken out.... check my log, youll see why.
 
I have been running epi at 30/30/40/40 and im on day 17 at 40mg and I just dont really feel it. I was 216-217 to start the cycle and im at about 220 now which is a 3.5 pound gain. However, my bodyfat measureer says I went from 11.2% bf to 11.9%. My waist also increase around .5". My diet has been VERY GOOD and my lifting has been solid. I have seen around 10 lbs on all lifts but its nothing dramatic or anything my split is this.

day 1: chest and forearms
Day 2: Back and traps
Day 3: shoulders and legs
Day 4: arms and calfs
Day 5: off

Every other rotation i throw an extra day of rest inbetween day 2 and day 3. So one week I hit each muscle once every 5 days and the next week once every 6 days. I am doing cardio around 2 x week. Getting in around 4,000 calories at a BW of 220.
