Gains from albuterol

Has anybody else gained weight instead of lost from Albuterol?

I have taken it for a little less than 5 weeks 4 doses every 3.5 hours with 4mg tablets, with keto 1mg per night-> I went from 197 to about 203-204.

I’m noticeably more muscular but my fat has only cut a little bit. My diet is exactly the same as before I started or perhaps a bit more strict/less carbs and calories.

I’m 6’ started at 197 pounds and have just been gaining size and strength since then.

Maybe because I don’t use androgens my body is sensitive to anabolics? I’m happy about the gains but I really did want to recomp and cut a tiny bit.

I know it works because I am breathing much better with it (even though I don’t have asthma) and it did give me a little bit of jitters and headaches initially. Now I just get the increased body temperature.

Has anyone had similar experiences with Albuterol?
 
Well, there's this study where 4mg 3x daily amounted to a 1.25% mass gain in 8 weeks (along with almost equal fat loss paired with caffeine)... so that's about a 2.5 lb gain from 197. Stranger things have happened.

Interesting study, thanks for sharing. I had read another one about the combination with caffeine and anabolism. I drink green tea (I can’t handle too much caffeine so coffees not a great option) with my doses but not consistently.

I can’t complain about a few more pounds of muscle and strength but would anyone have any tips on how to make albuterol a better utilization for cutting? I suppose I could reduce calories more but I don’t want to lose much weight just recomp.

If youve added muscle without adding bodyfat, your bodyfat % has decreased. Fuk, you even said your "fat has cut a little bit".

Point taken Nac. I guess fat burning is the more accurate term? I wanted to burn fat more without losing muscle. This is my first time ever running anything like this so i wasn’t sure what to expect, but I don’t usually read logs where guys say they went up 5 pounds.

Maybe I should step up slow or fast cardio more

dude I wouldn’t change a fucking thing 😂😂

your adding some muscle and losing some fat.....off a compound that wouldn’t normally be beneficial in that regard.
