Gains after cycle

Realistically how much (if any) of your gains can you keep after you finished cycling. & for up to how long?

I know this topic may have been beaten to death, but I seem to always get conflicting information on the subject. Please keep in mind this is taking into consideration that I used proper PCT, dieting, and kept a proper training regiment after my cycle.

Ps: it would be helpful to hear from actual users. Not really interested in a theoretical discussion. Thanks guys! ?
 
I've seen very few people who keep more than 35-45% over the long term.

Usually by the end of pct, most have kept 5 out of 15lbs for example.

That's from my experince and what I've seen on here.

I think that has a lot to do with your weight, experience, how close you are to your genetic potential etc..
 
Use osta, keep the cals up, and you'll be fine. I actually kept all my strength and more. Lost some weight, but I'm fairly certain that was just glycogen and bf%, since I'm stronger than before.
