Yesterday I discussed UC-II in overcoming the obstacles arthritis can have upon your goals in gaining lean muscle. Today I would like to address the problems of poor absoption in Boswellia for relieving inflamation. Aflapin has more anti-inflammatory efficacy in animals than (5-Loxin) due to the higher AKBA oral bioavailability.
Articual cartilage repair by B. serrata enriched in B. serrata gum resin have roughly 20% more AKBA absorption in animal studies than (5-Loxin).
The lack of AKBA bioavailability that limit efficacy in Boswellia extracts make these much better options with Aflapin being the better composition.
