Gain speed and stamina

Hello.
I am new on this forum, and are wondering how I can improve on my speed and stamina.
I have been doing track and fields for years, running 100m to 800m, so I know how to train to gain speed. I also know my weight-training and have been doing that for over 10 years. However I have never tried using steroids before.

I have done a little research and are thinking about a few cycles of winstrol during wintertime.
I am extremely lean. Dont know my bodyfat %, but it is probably really, really low. All i want is to get stronger and more explosive.

Hope anybody has some good tips for me?
 
Havoc its does wonders for your white blood cells. . . The time that I took Havoc I increased my vertical by a good 6 inches and my speed increased greatly as well. Where do you run track and field at? Is it tested? What are your stats

I live in Norway.
My track and field stats are 100m:11.38, 200m:22.64, 400m:48.20 and 800m:1.51.42.
This is a few years ago, and I am not competing at this level anymore.
 
And another thing i forgot to write. I dont want to gain very much body weight.
Anybody with more good ideas?

What does an increase in leukocytes have to do with speed?
 
What about Anavar/oxandrolone? Can I do cycles of that without anything else? It has very little side effects and is supposed to increase strength pretty quickly??

If Winstrol is the best option, but I shouldnt use it on its own, what would you guys recommend to team it up with??
Yust still remember that i dont want to bulk up...

Anavar is another good option, but it is on the pricey side.

stack winstrol with 250mgs of test cypionate or enanthate for 6-8 weeks, then use clenbuterol after your pct

I could not do a decent amount of running while on Havoc because it gave me such bad calf and lower back cramps,
everybody responds differently tho

I will go for either Anavar or Winstrol. Probably Anavar...
One more question though: Both Anavar and Winstrol is supposedly out of your system after about 3 weeks. How long do I wait until next cycle after a 6 week cycle on either one of these?
 
the detection time of these compounds is going to be three to four weeks....as far as the half life and its impact on hpta we are talking hours....after your last day on either one run a pct(even with the var) and then wait another 6-8 weeks before you run anything again....
 
Ok, so 6-8weeks of.
Got my Anavar now. Gonna start on the cycle tomorrow.
I will let you guys know how it went.

The One is good for strength and explosiveness- it is a DHT-derivative (like Winstrol or Anavar) and is good for increasing coordination (crucial with track) as well.

I was a sprinter (60m and 100m) for a number of years- and I still actively train- my best advice is to use these type of compounds during conditioning phase or at a plateau- or extremely low-dose if you are using them in-season. Also- another good time to use them is when you are really trying to work on technique in your drive/transition phases- they help you "get" the coordination involved much faster (kinda hard to explain)

I can tell you from experience that these compounds will help some things, and not help others. Your reaction and twitch time will be improved, as will recovery- but your tendons (for me- achilles and IT band) will bug the crap out of you, especially when you first start getting up on the balls of your feet during build-ups- my achilles feel like someone is stabbing them with glass when I take winny- anavar is def. the better choice, but pricey

Just keep your dose low- and you should be- 25-30 mg/day and you should be GTG- you don't want to increase your body weight too much....

oh yeah- avoid long-acting tests like the plague- they put on too much bodyweight- plus the detection time can be in the 4-6 month range

There seems to be some different opinions whether or not to run a pct, when running 6 week cycles of Anavar and Winstrol (just one at the time).
Any opinions? If you think I need a pct, what would you suggest?
 
yes, just pick a serm and run atleast 4 weeks, dosage will vary depending on which one you go with, but no need to run *high doses, some take way to much to start, i'm sure many will elaborate on pct. And there are many threads on this, some with good info.
 
Hello again.
Just want to tell you guys how its going.
I have been on a Anavar only cycle for little over 3 weeks now, and the results are really good. I have put on about 2kg of weight, and its pure muscle. I am lean as f**k. I am probably losing fat and gaining muscle because of mixed hard cardio and strength training.
The results in the gym is amazing. I am already a lot stronger in all the exercises I do!

Anavar in and of itself is known for its ability to remove subcutaneous fat without change to diet or excercise. That combined with your training should lean out out even more. It is normally prescribed to patients with HIV waisting, so you will definitely gain a little mass with it too. The nice thing also reported about anavar is that the gains made and fat lossed are reported to be quite long term in comparison to other anabolics. Make sure you run a good PCT (toremifene, nolvadex, or clomid) for 4 weeks. Glad your cycle is going well :)
